Brand new actually. Really in perfect condition and does the job...

It didn't work, it wouldn't connect with my iPad I got certified refurbished from apple. My 2 year old 10.5 keyboard connected to the iPad fine so I know it wasn't an issue with the 12.9 iPad from apple.

It’s a great keyboard to use but it doesn’t lay flat

Will not stand behind their faulty electronics won’t return or exchange. I didn’t purchase geek squad protection. Spent over 1500 dollars and won’t replace or repair the faulty keyboard!

It is very compatible to my iPad Pro. Now, I can use my iPad like a regular laptop.

Keyboard works great. It attaches easy to the iPad and stays connected

Not a match it was for an older iPad so it was returned..also I used $35.00 in earned points which I did not get returned ?

Worked perfectly for 5 months, then totally stopped. Now just and overpriced cover/stand.

I bought this refurbished smart keyboard for my 12.9 inch iPad Pro. It worked perfectly right out of the box. The keyboard and the cover portion were both clean and looked brand new. The keyboard itself is very comfortable to type on even with my bit fat hands. It was re-packaged very well and included the original paperwork plus box. My shipment was a few days late, but I got an apology and a reimbursement for my shipping. My only problem is that it adds just barely too much thickness so that I can't use my Targus 360 case at the same time. I will just have to carry the case and the keyboard to swap as needed. This was a very nice bargain. I highly recommend snagging the refurbished option if you can find it.

I bought one of these and when I received it, the product did not work. I discovered while looking at it that the magnets were not aligning properly, so the contacts on the case were not touching the iPad’s contacts, and thus didn’t work. I called the Geek Squad number, and they sent me to the store (which is an hour away). They discovered what I did, tried a brand new one of the shelf which worked perfectly on my iPad. Then, they did an exchange and sent me another refurnchished one. This one also didn’t work, for the same reason! I am extremely disappointed in the Geek Squad and their refurbishing process. They clearly have some work to do. I do not recommend buying anything from them, and certainly not this iPad keyboard.

Received my Smart Keyboard from BB; worked about 50% of the time. Was going to return it when I thought maybe i would swing by the apple store. They confirmed it was not working properly and exchanged it for a brand new one on the spot. Thumbs up for Apple customer service but disappointed that Best Buy continues to sell faulty products labeled as “refurbished.”
