Excellent condition no difference between the brand new and this one

Sent the wrong color band that was not ordered. Tried to rectify the issue and they didnt help not even taking money off the purchase for their mistake.

It has a nice screen very comfortable and it is really good if your a active person where it will motivate you to keep going everday

I ordered an Apple Refurbished Watch Ultra with a yellow band, but Best Buy sent me a blue band instead. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of proper quality control. When ordering a refurbished product, accuracy matters even more, and receiving the wrong band color is unacceptable. Now I have to spend extra time returning the item and waiting for the correct one, which is very inconvenient. Overall, I am very disappointed with Best Buy’s service. They seriously need to improve their inspection process and order accuracy. I expected better from such a major retailer.

Came as stated watch and band in a bag , not the same band it was supposed to have . Went to berizon to activate it has cellular according to tbe decription. they can’t activate it so I went to an Apple Store. The watch is not even a USA watch. The watch is from Saudi Arabia according to the Apple Store when they looked up the serial number and it cannot be activated with any US networks, but if you just wanna watch it works as it’s supposed to and was not damaged just a little tiny nick in the metal .

Really Disappointed, First off the watch has very clear signs of wear around the bezel, almost like its been hammered and the battery health is at 89%. The Best Buy Representative told me that I would be able to purchase apple care for the watch even though it wasn't new and refurbished, WRONG. The watch was ineligible for any warranty. Customer Service has just given me the run around dancing around actually helping, including hanging up on me TWICE!. Never Purchasing from Best Buy Again!!! Buy Directly from Apple

I didn’t get a chance to wear bcus I was sent a black band when I really wanted a white band.. I returned to Best Buy they said they could reorder it I didn’t want to take the chance of getting the wrong color again so I swapped it for 46 mm
