    Even though it was Geek Squad certified it had issues. Granted, those issues were sporadic in nature, but were quite severe. The main one was that all sound quality would disintegrate, leaving all phone calls, music, and any other sound so severely distorted as to be an echoing cacophony of sound. Thankfully I was able to return it for a full refund and then I purchased a new iPhone 7.
