I’ve been using a MacBook for a while now, and honestly, I don’t see a reason to switch to an iMac. The MacBook gives you everything the iMac offers, but with way more flexibility. You get power, a great screen, and the same macOS experience but you can take it anywhere. Unless you really need a big desktop screen or do heavy editing all day at a desk, I don’t think buying an iMac makes sense if you already own a MacBook. It just feels unnecessary

As always an Imac never disappoints and Best Buy makes it easy to purchase with great support and customer service.

First time Mac user. Any trepidation we had been assuaged. Three weeks in, it’s a fantastic machine. Wish I’d made the leap long ago. The only difficulty here is learning the nuances of a new ecosystem, I’m sure it’ll all feel natural very soon.

Its not the prettiest Mac they ever designed, but man this upgrade from an older unit is impressive. the speed is mind blowing and everything happens so fast. its exactly what you want technology to be.

My old iMac was circa 2013 and could no longer be updated, so I knew I was on borrowed time for losing someone but important data. I went to best buy and bought an open box iMac. When it was deliveredI set it up and had nothing but problems. I used Geek Squad to assist and there was an issue with the mouse and info transferring to the new mac. I ended up returning the Open Box iMac and paying $300 more. But let me tell you, This new one was a breeze. The new mac "talked" to the old mac and the transfer was SO easy! Yeah, it took a few hours (I had a lot of info on the old one, including my entire household budget) but it went seamlessly and I couldn't be happier. You go iMac!!

My first iMac and I love it. Took a little while to get use to but it make is wonderful to have one device that can link all my other iOS electronics.

Took my 12 year old iMac to geek squad to try and get fixed. It was so old they said not to waste my money and just look at something newer. They had an open box 2023 iMac that was in brand new condition. But blue. Why not. Looks more silver anyways. Easy to set up and super fast compared to my old iMac. I like the Magic Mouse keyboard and mouse but don’t like that there is only 2 usb-c connections on this. That’s it. Not even a way to hook up hard wire to it. Only Wi-Fi. But it works. I just need to conform. Ha.

I love it. It’s great. I wish I would have got one with more memory but it’s perfect for everyday use.

Finally upgraded from my old 2013 iMac to a new 2024. Works great, looks great, and much faster. A few differences in how my old iMac functioned. Not too much of a learning curve though.

I am still learning how to use the full capabilities of this device. A product manual would be helpful, or advice on the best online sources of information. The device replaces a 12-year old Mac Mini and it is a pleasure to use it.

Amazing over the top customer service! The online website said the product I was researching and trying to buy same day was either unavailable or limited quantity in store. I called the store, had a great conversation making sure the product I was looking for was in fact in stock and available for pick up same day. The supervisor was kind enough to send me the link to purchase the product online and ensure over the phone my payment had been completed and my order would be ready within an hour or 2. I pulled up to customer pick up and they were already walking out with my purchase knowing I was on my way. All in all I purchased the product over phone and picked up within 2 hours. Wonderful service BB!

I replaced my old Mac with a new Apple iMac 24". My old Mac is still a great working computer but it was over 10 years old and decided to upgrade. I'm sure I can get another 10 years out of this one
