Had black tie protection plan, took it in to be fixed. They sent a box & I sent it in. Took over 3 months after they told me it could not be fixed to finally get a e card to get a new iPad!!! Awfull service plan. Then it said it came with a program to load something on your iPad and did not receive that either. iPad is great but not best buys black tie service plan.

Thin, love size screen (games, apps run smooth) fingerprint allows you to unlock the iPad without to type the unlock code in public areas.

I am not an apple product fan, but I love my iPad. It's simple and easy to use, but the important factor is it's portability

Not surprised with the quality. Light weight, very fast processing and was able to get it on sale for the holidays. Nothing better than the ipad's.

My son is starting college this fall and will be going paperless by taking notes on the iPad. It works great with a stylus for handwriting notes quickly. It is lightyears ahead of the older "New iPad" (iPad 3) in every way including speed, size, and weight.

The iPad is awesome. Easy to use and kid firiendly. Extra memory is useful too. Educational utilization too. Highly recommended. Would buy again.

This version is a lot lighter than previous versions it has a great resolution and good battery usage. It's pretty handy for creating documents with the Office features that it comes with and the price vs specs was a great deal.

We just love the Apple product line and the Apple iPad Air 2 doesn't disappoint. The way the products can sync with each other is awesome. Another EXCELLENT feature is that they don't go outdated, since they can be updated periodically with newer software.

Love my little iPad. I still need to learn it since it is a little different from my other iPad. Wish there was a hands on manual to go with it.

Awesome iPad...highly recommend. Very light, great speed, sharp graphics...great to surf the internet on the couch with greatly needed mobility!

Just got this second Ipad Air two for my mom. I love the easy to use and the quality of the camera and video. Planning to get one more for my son.

Love this tablet! My old iPad was the original one, no camera, couldn't update.... So I am loving this one. It's very fast, good battery life and great camera!

My college daughter was uncertain as to whether to go with an iPad or some other device. The staff clearly explained the features and benefits, which made our decision very easy. Great staff!

The iPad air 2 is much lighter and a little smaller size than the previous iPad I had but it works great! The screen is large and easy to see.

Easy to use and setup. Hits the sweet spot in size, affordability. If you have an IPhone don't bother getting cell capability. Do get Apple Care!

I currently don't have a laptop and doing everything on a phone can get annoying so this was the perfect in between size for me to work on

Updated my 5 yr old iPad with this one before Christmas. It is so much lighter and faster than my old one and easy to take along when traveling.
