Everything went very well, except for the arrival date. It was not delivered on the date promised 12/7 but delayed for 3 days. Other than that everything went well, and product is very good. Thank you.

I purchased this iPad Air to replace my 2nd generation iPad which stills works but is slower and can not open some apps. This iPad Air is awesome and is perfect to carry town. It is light and has a beautiful screen and shows great photos and videos.

The current year model was not available so I bought this one. It is great. Speedy iPad with a very nice screen. Worth the price.

Purchased this almost 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect sized tablet with good specs. If don’t want to spend the money on the pro model, than this tablet is perfect. Better specs than the regular iPad

So far so good. This was a replacement for a 8 year old Ipad Air that finally stopped charging. It's nice and runs great. A little pricey but I got it on sale.

Was in search of iPad Air with cellular. Best buy offered discount and was ready for pickup before Christmas. Loving it since then.

The performance is OK compare to Ipad Pro and I pad air 1 version. The streaming function is not outstanding from other apple product.

Beautiful iPad Air 3. Was an upgrade for my son. I also bought the Apple Pencil for him to use with it & as soon as I connected it to the IPad, touchscreen started to act funny. You have to hard press quite often to open things which is a problem. I tried disconnecting the pencil but it keeps happening whether the pencil is connected or not here & there. tI’m not sure if it’s the iPad or the pencil that’s causing the issue but it shouldn’t be happening with two brand new devices.

I love it. Its fun and good pic and video. It toke a very long time to get here.

The celullar feature is great for outdoor use, and great for roadtrips.

The iPad arrived on Jan. 19 (EST, Jan. 20) and ordered on Dec. 27. I felt this was a long time. The salesperson originally said it arrive on Jan. 4, customer service then said the 20th. The delay was disappointing. Everything was in order with the iPad and it is working well.

Purchased Ipad air I had owned one before unfortunately I returned when I received the Ipad it was packaged wrong It was sent it a bubble sleeve no protection. Spent that much money to have it banged around by USPS. Best buy dropped the ball. Should have known better.

Excellent deal with an open box item! Hopefully Face ID will make its way to the non-pro models soon. Wish there was a 128gb storage model that cost less than the 256gb.

The lack of compatibility with printers is a big negative. I hope Apple comes out with some help soon.

had hard time figuring out how to set it up. after a few days and a lot of apple support finally got it working great.

Not in stock at first store, had to go to second store to get. Works great, sales team helpful. All good!

Good product and works fine. Wish the processor was a bit faster at times but overall gets the job done.
