Horrible customer service. It took a month to give me a refund after they received my return. Immediately after they received my return it was posted back up for sale and have yet to have given me my refund. And soon as I received the iPad it was very slow so that’s why I sent it back. On top of that they tried to tell me I returned a totally different item. Just so they wouldn’t have to give me my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RAGEDY BEHIND IPAD FROM THEM. IT DOES NOT WORK. IT LAGS EVERY CHANCE IT GETS!!! And for them to try to get over on me just to keep my money is unacceptable. Please don’t waste your time and money. This company should be shut down immediately!!
