It's tiny and so capable! I use it all the time to review journals. In fact, I ended up purchasing a few so I can read and be entertained at home, work, or when I travel.

I can't say I would have purchased at full price of 399.99 but for the sale price of 299.99 with some reward points this tablet is a solid purchase. The size is great to take without on the go and is perfect for those that play games. The OS will be updated being Apple and having 128GB of space is great for pictures. Even at full price it is not a bad purchase but on sale it's even better.

Quality pictures easy to navigate great storage comfortable to use

I primarily use my tablets as a means to consume streaming media, games, basic internet browsing, etc. I travel frequently for work and use this device all the time. I have noticed that its battery life is a little bit less than my previous iPad mini 3, but it's a small complaint for an otherwise extremely reliable, beautiful device. I love packing this thing away as though there isn't anything there. Combined with the smart case, cover and a zippered sleeve from Amazon, I'm never worried about dropping, or damaging it while I board planes, get into rental cars, etc. It's a great device to wind down with at the end of a work day in a hotel. I will say that if you have a large phone, 5" and up, you will wonder how much difference there is between this device and your phone. As a former iPhone 6s Plus owner, I can say that it is nice to put the phone down for awhile and just enjoy a movie. That may be more psychological than anything, but I do appreciate having my iPad as my standalone media device. I can't wait for the next iteration, as the screen in this device is likely the most beautiful Apple currently places in it's iPad range. The pixel density is great, every image is crisp. My advice: decide what size is truly practical for your purposes and then make a decision. I value size and portability over better processing and a larger screen. Everyone's needs are different, this fits mine extremely well.

The new ipad mini 4 is great for my grandsons. They love to play games, watch youtube and Netflix. The ipad has plenty of power and storage. Great value.

I purchased the original iPad Mini years ago when it first came on the market. Enjoyed all of it's features. It could not be updated and was very slow. I decided to replace it with the iPad Mini 4. Am so happy I did. I now have an udated version which works so much faster. It takes great pictures. It's like a mini computer which can travel everywhere with me and even fit into my handbag.

The screen resolution is amazing. The ipad is light and thinner than the previous ipad I have. It is definitely an upgrade compare to the previous ipad.

I had the mini before and it was getting old, so decided to upgrade when I saw the great price. I still prefer the mini as it fits easily in a handbag.
