Doesn't feel like silicone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased Apple's silicone case for my iPad Pro (12.9") at the same time as an Apple Smart Keyboard. I expected, but wasn't excited about, the case to feel like a typical silicone case; flimsy and soft. I was pleasantly surprised that the case feels much more substantial and protective. I've only had it a few days and haven't dropped the iPad (fingers crossed) but I'm happy with the purchase.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a nice case, but as I stated in the other review (regarding the smart cover), Apple should sell their Smart Cover and the silicone protecting case as one unit instead of charging for separate pieces. You will need both items to protect your iPad Pro. I didn't like the price, but I'd rather have something protecting my device than nothing. I also like the look. I ordered white.

good protector for extended life of my ipad

After purchasing my iPad, we decided to get the Apple brand case. This seems crazy, but the Apple case actually seems to fit better on my iPad than the generic brand case does on hers. We are absolutely happy with our purchase of the Apple name-brand case.
