This is the third cover we've bought from Apple. That's three sizes of the same type and they have all been great. Though it might be a bit awkward since the Pro is so big, but it's not. Just as great as a regular iPad or mini. Definitely works well to lean on your lap and draw. That's mainly what I do with the Pro so the cover is a great help.

Great case for my ipad. Isn't heavy, but still feels safe.

As you would expect from Apple, this cover works great! The magnet is really strong compared to other cheap covers. This one stays snug on the ipad pro and can even support the ipad pro hanging from it (I don't recommending doing this though). The cover has a great soft feel, stays snug, and turns the ipad pro on/off upon open/closing.

This cover works pretty much the same as all the iPad tablet, but only protect the surface, turn the unit off when closed and back on when opened. However, you will need to buy the back case which is sold separately as well if you want to protect the entire unit.

The 1st gen cover is identical to the 2nd gen cover. I am using this on a 2017 12.9 iPad Pro, and it fits fine. Save a few bucks by buying the older version.

I like the protection this afforded my I-Pad Pro, especially when teamed with the base case I purchased earlier. The only issue I have with it is that it is difficult at time to plug in my cord through the available hole. I have to move the cover around to align the opening just right for it to go all the way in.

The cover works well for my purposes. Holds onto the iPad securely enough and is slim enough not to add a lot of unnecessary bulk. One needed note is that the cover only protects the screen and not the case of the iPad. This is not a problem for me since I live alone and am pretty careful with my things.

As with all Apple products, the fit and finish are excellent. I now have my Pro completely "wrapped" since I also bought the silicone case. The cover fits well with the case. If I had purchased this cover first, I might not have spent another $79 on the case (that protects only the back of the Pro).

Great cover works well only wish it was a little more stable when used as a stand. Took one star for the price I feel like apple gouges for for their accessories on an already expensive product and $60 for just a front cover is a bit much.

Apple's new design for their cover which coincides with the additional back cover is wonderful. Bought this right away so I would have it for when my Pro came in - still using it.

I have the same cover for my IPad air2. Light weight, non bulky and easy to remove protection for the screen when on the go.

I have always paired my iPad with a Smart Cover. This new cover offers the same features as all the others with the only difference being the larger size. If you like how the smart covers work then this is for you.

I like this one for it simplicity and ease of use. I have replaced it with the key board but the key board doesn't allow of the tablet to lay flat/tilted without keyboard. A feature that is missed by this cover

Magnetically attaches to the iPad. Allows the auto off feature of the iPad to work when the cover is closed. Fits well with the star case. Folds and supports the iPad well when it is in standing position.

Very strong connector magnet. I was skeptical about the size and weight of the iPad Pro, but this cover stays attached and is still light weight enough for comfort. Construction seems very high quality.

I'd never used on the the Apple iPad covers before and when I found out that it just used magnets to stay on I was pretty leery. But I've been pleasantly surprised with how stable and functional it is.

Magnetic clip holds extremely well. Completely covers the screen and you can flip back over so that the iPad can standup, or just lean a little bit.

Awesome cover for my IPad Pro. It snaps right on and doesn't fall off. The material is great. Love being able to prop the IPad up for movie viewing or browsing the web in bed. Adequate price as well

This smart cover works well with the iPad Pro. Functioned the same as the smart cover on the iPad mini 2 I own. Way too expensive for what it is but it works great. Wish it was available in Black.

I have protective cases on my iPad Air and iPad Mini. I know they do the job and add peace of mind. This protects the screen. I purchased the lower portion cover as well. Both are good to have.
