I have thoroughly enjoyed this iPad so far. I am still learning about all the available apps. Music and videos are great. Photos are stunning. It would help if the back had a "rubberized" coating, or something to assist hanging on to it (at least until you get a case). I am glad I went with the full size and not the mini.

This Tab has a great screen and objects are very clear. I purchased this Tablet because I was going to have to be out of town for six weeks and I wanted something compact and easy to use. I can do everything on my tablet that I do on my PC. I do banking, pay bills and keep in touch with family and friends.

Spend a lot of time either reading/writing emails, reading books and newspapers, watching movies or playing games or just listening to music. I love it that I don't have to lug a big, heavy laptop around. Anything I need printed I can send to my printer. Great picture. How did I ever function without it.

Love it. Turning into an Apple junkie... Great product. Solid build. Easy to use. The camera takes great pictures. Not much to say except get one if you have been thinking about it. Don't use it as much as i thought i would, but nice to have it when you want it. Use it to watch T.V. in the kitchen, Netflix in the bedroom.... So versatile as long as you have an internet connection.

I'm happy that my local Best Buy has an Apple rep who is helping me to learn how my iPad works. Love the size and weight. Find that I'm using it more than my laptop now. Enjoying all the features and ease of use. Love the keyboard and how it has spell correct. I'm having fun with my X'mas gift from Santa!

This new iPad with retina display is great. The colors are brilliant. It is also very fast. Being able to use my iPhone for a mobile hot spot I could do without the data service.

Bought for my 5th grader to use for games and school, etc. Easy to use, many good features. Takes great pictures and video. Was confusing during set up as it asks for birthdate. We put our son's and it wouldn't accept it once trying to buy apps. So we had to delete the set-ups and re-do the birthdate to reflect an adults date. That is the only negative thing so far.

I was considering a tablet but wasn't certain how much I would use one since we already have both a desktop and a laptop in the house. Finally took the plunge - and I love it! Makes it so easy to pick up to read, play games, and surf the web. The size is great - liked it better than the mini, and the Retina display makes a difference. Shouldn't have waited so long.

I've wanted an iPad since they were first introduced by Apple but they are so pricey and I was waiting for a better display. I've owned an iPhone since the 3G came out and am therefore familiar with the interface and apps and love it, so with the release of the 4th generation with the Retina Display I decided the time had come. I played with it for an evening, setting it up and all, but my wife got ahold of it and I couldn't wrestle it away from her so I let her keep it and bought another one for myself. Neither one of us could be happier: We LOVE our iPads!!

I have never had a tablet or iPad,so I decided that if I was going to finally purchase one that I would buy the best one out there. And I honestly can tell you that I do not regret it. Image is more than perfect,soo many apps available and siri is more than helpful. Price can be overwhelming but for the quality you get with this iPad its more than worth it.

Having never used an ipad before I thought I would join the ranks. I thought it would be handy to use while on the road to document work activities. Not so much. Its not easy to figure out since I've always been a PC user. No way to plug external items to it. Ex...printer, dragon speak microphone, HDMI external monitor, external hard drive for backup, etc... I have found this is probably going to be a toy for the most part. My grandkids like playing games on it. Good for reading books on. I suppose the product itself is probably a great thing if you're use to the operating system and how it works but I'm not a big fan of APPS so I'll be sticking to my PC laptop.

Bought the iPad so that I could display pictures of my vacation on the retinal display. Found it also took great pictures when my camera couldn't take a picture in a low light distance shot. Was surprised. I use a MAC and have an iPhone so was used to the platform. Lots of apps. Awkward to use as an everyday camera. Please ad a USB port!

Wanted to get a tablet for general use (not for use as primary computer), but wasn't sure if the extra cost was worth it compared to other tablets-don't regret going with the ipad. Easy to use, nice battery life, and worth the money. Looking forward to using for other functions and eventually syncing with other apple products...

The iPad is a brilliant little machine that is really easy to use. The display is as sharp and clear as advertised, and the speed of the new A6X quad-core chip truly is fast. As for apps, it's every bit as handy and creative as an iPhone. Many, many free apps are available through iTunes, and rather high-powered pay apps are available at low cost. I got a ZAGG/Logitech backlit keyboard folio (cover) along with my my iPad and the ensemble is like a notebook computer. Be aware that this model iPad has switched connectors from 32-pin to Lightning. The Lighting connector is small, reversible and supports a faster data-transfer rate. But if you have a camera or HDMI adapter for an older iPhone or iPad, you will need to buy a new adapter with the Lightning connector. There are small 32-pin to Lightning adapters out there, but they don't support video. The Lighting-to-HDMI adapter is about $50.

I had the Ipad 1st generation and upgraded to this version and the difference is staggering. I love the easy of use and the light weight body of the Ipad. I recommend the Ipad to anyone looking for a tablet.

My first iPad but I researched it for a long time before I made my purchase. It's really clear a sharp, it's fast and has a great camera , I taken quite a few pictures and they are sharp. I also taken videos and the quality is perfect . I like the ability to take notes , and they are transferred to and from my phone .

The Apple representative at the Okemos Best Buy (Fred) was very helpful in showing me how to use my iPad. I love the portability of my iPad; love how it is synced with the rest of my apple devices (iphone 5 and MAC desktop). It is easy to use, the retina display is bright and clear and my ipad takes great pictures.

Great purchase, I've been enjoying it tons! I use it for just about everything. I wish apple would create a flashplayer someday. I'm glad I got mine at a discounted price, not because of the lack of value, just because I'm a bargain shopper. I do wish I could have multiple windows open and operating at one time

I didn't think I needed the latest and greatest iPad since I was happily using my first gen ... until I received this new iPad! Love the photo quality and video option and it's much faster at opening apps and emails. The display is awesome too!

This product is great because it is an Apple product. the ease of use is of utmost quality. being an owner of many apple products I enjoy the compatibility with all my Apple products. The pictures that are displayed with the retinal feature is amazing. I am amazed with the quality of many of my pictures.
