I love my new iPad everything about it is great. However, I am having trouble charging my iPad and unfortunately best buy does not have any iPads to give me a new one at the moment so with that said I am disappointed with the tech part of it. Other than that my iPad is great.....

I purchased my first iPad (3rd generation) and until now I simply did not care about Apple products at all - I decided if it's going to be Apple (as tablet market is OWNED by Apple) it will be something very good (iPad) and I waited for the new one.
iPad 3rd gen screen is simply the best on the market but it apparently came with the price: overheating issues. While everyone is writing articles about what may cause the issue, and while Consumer Reports is trying to be friends with Apple again - it is simple: iPad is OVERHEATING! Nothing to discuss about; after few minutes of web-browsing (no gaming at all) my left hand becomes sweaty and it is very uncomfortable - maybe if iPad came with the towel they would have an excuse (wipe it son) :) ... anyhow, I started experiencing WiFi connectivity where I would have to shut down iPad and start it back On to get it to work; So after trying the best recommended apps I was hooked in particular on Flipboard app (BEST in the world) and several others. I have Android phone as well and many of these apps on Android I usually have installed are nowhere near quality of Apple Apps - yes, same app but iOS suport is apparently little bit more preffered by the developers... everything simply works better!!!
Regardless I had no understanding for Apple's arrogant statement: "new iPad is not overheating" - while reading that same arrogance on the new iPad with my sweating hands... yes, ironic indeed...
I went back and returned it until they fix the issue: is it GPU chip, CPU chip, screen, battery, etc - I DO NOT CARE - it simply OVERHEATS and that alone was my reason for returning it.
I went to MicroCenter few days later and purchased for a half price iPad 2 - yes it does not have awesome looking screen but it does EVERYTHING I did on the new 3rd gen iPad... yup - it does it all...
So, Apple - fix your overheating new iPad and maybe I buy it someday... :)

My first Apple product ever purchased, expected at the very least for it to be able to detect and keep our home Wi-Fi connection like my Asus netbook does that has survived a cup of coffee being spilled on it. Once the iPad does detect our Wi-Fi I am lucky for five minutes of connection and the few apps I have managed to find have been very slow in downloading. I have already returned one for the same issue and the second one is going back this weekend for full money back. I would not recommend buying the latest version until Apple officially announces they have fixed these problems.
