I've never owned an Apple product but this year I took the plunge to move from Android (Pixel phones, Samsung phones) to get this iPhone 11. It was the right time for me to do so. With the changes and improves iOS13 brings (from all that I've read and watched in reviews/vids) and the camera upgrades from XR; the transition has been fairly easy. I know there is a learning curve for me as I slowly learn the iOS system. But I changed to have the best of both worlds. And it is true the Google apps in iOS do run better than on Android. The phone performance has been stellar. NO lag. NO freezes. I had prepared myself to have a smooth experience with iOS, but I have still been surprised and pleased with the fluidity. Never have I experienced anything so smooth on any of the many Android phones I've used over the years. The battery is a superstar champ. It feels as if I cannot kill it if I were to try. Even though I am never far from a charging option, it is so refreshing to not feel battery anxiety. Siri is WAY better than I was led to believe. In fact I find her to be more responsive and less buggy than Google Assistant - especially when using Apple CarPlay. This was a surprise to me due to all I've read. Voice to text is admittedly not as accurate as Assistant. I already knew the iPhone cameras take the best videos, but the updates to the photos themselves are phenomenal. The auto night mode is fantastic - I like it better than Pixel's Night Sight. It seems more natural. True the Portraits are sometimes not as well defined as on the Pixel phones - but that is something that is not a game changer for me. I like the fact that photos on the iPhone 11 are not over sharpened as is true on the Pixel lineup (I've had all 3 Pixel phones so I'm not spinning my wheels here). True tone is fantastic. The color (mint green) is the prettiest color I've had on a phone. I have no issues with the LCD screen versus OLED - it's a great screen. The gestures are great and smooth and easy to learn. I've been so pleased with this that I'm not looking at (researching) buying one of the Macbook laptops (tablets are not for me). This is a fantastic phone. No looking back.

Broke my iPhone 6s camera on a Saturday before I was set flight for cousin's wedding next Thurs, ordered this that Saturday night, and order came as expected on Wed-so first thank you so much for the speedy delivery! As for the appearance I like the sleeker design of iPhone 6s but it just takes getting used to, and the larger screen is nice. As with many other reviews, the camera is a large upgrade from older iPhone models, and has everything you need for its portability. A nice surprise was that this phone has video stabilization (smooth flowing footage when I record while walking). The video stabilization along with portrait mode and ultra wide camera are real game-changers! (oh yeah, and much better low light photos too!) A con is that time lapse videos won't sometimes save into camera roll. (I was so disappointed when my time lapse video over NYC just disappeared after I pressed to finish recording...and it wasn't the first time) Besides the camera, the battery is also great-unlike my old iPhone 6s I could carry it all day outside without a phone charger. Overall I'm happy because I mainly bought this phone for the portable camera. Now for its price, it will be wonderful if this would last me another 5 years!

The iPhone is very easy to use and I love the built in camera.

I have loved using my new iPhone 11. Once I became accustomed to how to use the use the new features, it is easy to use and lightweight to carry. It takes excellent pictures too!

High quality phone that still has about 50 % charge at the end of the day. Very good camera especially if you edit with Camera+.

Excellent! I came to Arizona to work as a travel home health nurse and use my phone for charting. I had iPhone 7s. Very small and could not chart well. Best Buy recommended IPhone 11. I Love it!

I absolutely love my new iPhone 11. Perfect size and great features that satisfies my needs. The customer service is outstanding. I always pick Best Buy as my first choice. Never disappoint.

This review is based on upgrading from an iPhone X to an 11, hopefully it helps those who are in the same situation. There were a few reasons I chose to upgrade, I wanted a slightly bigger screen, I wanted better battery life, and I wanted better speed (I play quite a bit of games on my phone). I had also made the mistake of getting an X with only 64gb which was a bad idea to begin with. This phone fortunately covers all those issues. The battery life is great and the speed at which this phone opens apps is incredible. The camera with the wide angle is also a big bonus, I’ve never been a big photographer with my phones, but I’ve found myself using this phone a lot more for that purpose. The one downside to this phone is the quality of the screen, this is more evident with the new dark mode in iOS13. Black screens on this phone aren’t really black, they’re more of a dark grey and this is due to the OLED vs LCD screen. I still own my X and once I upgraded it to iOS13 I could see the difference in dark mode, on my X the black backgrounds seem truly black while on the 11 the blacks seem a little lighter. Does this make the upgrade not worth it? I guess it depends how much the lighter blacks bother you. Personally, after a month of use I don’t notice it much anymore. At $749 for the 128gb I would highly recommend this phone, if the LCD screen bothers you that much then I would recommend going for the Pro but at the price point I’m not sure extra deep blacks are worth it.

This phone purchased for my wife. Things she likes most. 1) The color. 2) Speed. 3) Size. 4) Bigger text size (settings). 5) Capacity. 1) The Color. It’s lavender or lilac colored, NOT purple. Soft pastel lilac is her FAVORITE color. She refused to consider a “purple” phone but when she saw it, it became not just her first choice but the ‘only’ choice. It’s the same lilac shade she chose for her / our wedding. She bought a matching Tech 21 case to match - also in light iliac / lavender. 2) Speed. We upgraded her iPhone 5s to the iPhone 11 with 128GB. Oh. My. Goodness. Fast! Compared to the old, battery-swelling, screen-separating-from-the-iPhone-5s, the new iPhone is ... FAST! It’s crawling on hands and knees vs Ferrari on a closed race track Fast. Downloads of apps take 1-3 seconds that used to take over 30 seconds; perhaps minutes. iPhone 11 must be 10 times faster. Also gone are the buffering delays for videos, etc. 3) Size. This was a challenge. She wanted to keep the same compact size with the 4 inch screen display. The iPhone SE was was the only small successor to the 5s and the SE could only be purchased used and we couldn’t find one in good condition with 128GB, our minimum size choice. (She’d maxed-out 64GB iPhone 5s). [Urgency] When we understood that the separating screen from her then-current iPhone 5s’ body was a dangerous fire hazard due to a swelling battery we realized that waiting for the delayed, rumored iPhone SE2 / 9 was not an option. 4. Bigger text size (settings). So, despite her preference for a smaller iPhone we bought the Big iPhone 11. She adapted. Besides the larger viewing area for YouTube videos (that she seems to watch non-stop), she Loves the improved reading experience due to larger screen after enlarging text-size to maximum size and adding bold. She now prefers the 11 over the old 5s. 5. Capacity. With the upgrade from 64GB to 128GB I feared it might not be enough. Initially it seemed true. After setting up her new iPhone 11 her memory usage jumped up to 90GB (after downloading additional info that had been stored on iCloud only). However, since then her storage usage hasn’t changed much. It’s steady at 90GB. So, we hope she is good for another 2-3 years. We bought AppleCare+ with damage protection so she is happy and we feel we secure and confident with the choice for at least 2 years. (It’s just expensive, but quality, reliability generally is. Add the extra it’s of AppleCare+ for peace of mind and security, and the total cost is just Really Expensive - over $1,000.)

Upgraded from the iPhone 6s Plus an what a difference. The speed is fabulous and battery life is much longer (2 days easily). Pictures are impressive. Can finally do close-ups. The colors a vivid and the screen size on the regular 11 is larger than the 6s Plus. Purchased for my daughter also and she could not be happier with her 11. I have not even begun to figure out all it can do.

The camera is great and I am finding this phone very easy to use on all levels. The size is perfect for me and fits in my purse easily. I did not want to spend this much money on a new phone but so far I think it is worth every penny. I love the purple !

Upgraded to the 11, 128gb from an 8+ 256gb. Never needed 256 with the 8+ But that was the next size up from 64gb. 128gb is perfect. I’m able to keep all of my photos and all of my music on this phone with 60+gb left. A lot of talk about how the pro screen is so much better than the 11’s LCD screen. But going from the 8+ that already had an LCD, this screen seems sharper and more vibrant. The thing that really stands out is the speed. This thing just flies. I can click a link or open a new app and it loads almost as quickly as snapping your fingers. The camera on the 8+ was already pretty good, but again the 11 shines better here. I love the wide angle lense and the night mode. I used to hate taking low-light pics due to the flash making things seem so white. What I like most is gaining some screen size compared to my 8+, but in a smaller form factor. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my upgrade and would definitely do it again. For most people, the iPhone 11 is the upgrade that is worth every penny!

I ordered my iPhone 11 on Monday night and it was ready to be picked up by noon on Tuesday. Curbside pick up is made very easy and it is extremely efficient. The Best Buy employee was super friendly and Helpful. The phone is amazing. I had a 7 plus and my battery was constantly dying so I decided to upgrade to the 11 and I am extremely happy with my decision. Super slick and easy to use. The camera is amazing and new features are great. I love the purple color I chose. Just ordered a case and screen protector and will be doing curbside pick up again. Overall 10/10.
