My son dropped his phone and cracked the screen. The case did not help protect it.

I have received broken item. the case look like used one.

Upon installing this case, I was taken aback by the number of fingerprints that accumulated within the first few minutes of handling the case. This case is truly a fingerprint magnet. Said fingerprints prevent me from enjoying the gorgeous purple, pastel colorway of my new iPhone. I also found this case to be too slippery and the buttons difficult to press. I’ll be returning this case and looking for another option.

I’m not quite sure now the maker of such a fantastic phone continues to get something as simple as a case so incredibly wrong. It’s a clear case...it seems so simple. Yet, here goes: I wanted a case that wouldn’t detract from The colored body that I got for the first time. While this one is clear, it’s possibly the most frustrating clear case I’ve ever bought. If anything, the case makes the phone slicker. It actually almost feels like glass in my hand. I’ll put a PopSockets on it which should make it more manageable, but as is, it’s definitely slicker than any case I’ve purchased (I have the far superior tech 21 pure clear on my iPhone pro max). Fingerprints: everywhere, fingerprints. Even if you bed washed your hands, every time you pick this case up, your fingerprints will be on the phone. The on/off is also a struggle, which shouldn’t be a surprise. Somehow Apple managed to flub up what would seem like a fool-proof item...in every possibly way, really. I can’t think of a single area in which this case succeeds. Disappointing. I have other clear cases. It is possible to make a desirable one without any of the issues this one has. I got this one on-sale so I decided to give apple cases another try after a similarly disappointing experience with the colored cases when they first came out. I won’t be back.
