    Disappointed. There are some things I like about the phone but I had to exchange the first one because it was defective. The replacement had the same problems and had to get a factory reset. It’s partially better but still locks up and also has times when certain keys don’t work. For $900 I expect more!

    I will never again by a phone or an expensive item from Best Buy. I feel tricked and that I over paid for my phone. When I left the store at closing time, I didn't even have a working phone! This was vile, since I'm a handicapped senior citizen.

    I purchased an iPhone mini, had it shipped to me. I received an iPhone 13. Took it in, the rep remembered me and knew that the fault was the order entry person. I simply returned it and went to AT&T and got the right thing, from stock.
