I love this phone very easy to navigate and very easy to work

I have huge problems with the apple anti-service plan, basically aggressively keeping third parties from repairing their phones and tablets all to make it coast so much to repair that when the phone breaks you just buy a new one. That said, the phone itself is great. And they way apple cloud lets you store all your backups online means that when my phone died (completely unrecoverable) I just had to buy a new one and a complete backup was automatically downloaded into it from the cloud. Other than having to re-sign in to some of my apps, it’s like it never happened.

It’s an iPhone so it’s great. I’m surprised that the battery drains a little quicker than I expected, but maybe I’m using it more. Easy transition from the XR. As usual, appreciate the assistance that Best Buy provides when upgrading. Mail-in trade worked just fine.

Really good product. my phone still works very good to this day.

Purchased as a birthday present for my daughter. Weighing $100 price difference between this and iPhone 13, decided to go with newer model. She is pretty happy with it. Fast, nice camera.

Apple is always my go to, it’s all about preference really. If u don’t like droids then you’re an iPhone person, if u don’t like iPhones you’re an android person. So I mean it’s the same as an other iPhone, does it’s job

I bought this phone for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She’s able to read her emails, as well as, handle banking business right from her phone. It does so much more than her previous phone.
