When going to get the phone activated the camera did not work at all and Best Buy would not only take the return they wouldn’t ship it back to the seller. The seller is almost impossible to reach and they finally emailed me back and when i asked a question they still haven’t responded back. And after complaining to Best Buy customer service i finally got a phone number for Wireless Source but they won’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service and product from both Best Buy and Wireless Source. Extremely disappointed in this product and the service.

It looked amazing and everything looked good when I opened it but then when I saw that the phone battery was low I plugged it in and it said it had liquid detection. Pretty disappointed since everything else worked great. Sometimes it will give me that message and sometimes it won’t.

I’m rating this fairly because the phone looks good after being refurbished, but there were too many scratches on the exterior. I knew I was purchasing a refurbished phone, but I wasn’t expecting so many scratches on the body. Aside from that, the phone is working fine.

Be aware of the return window, it may be shorter than you think. After less than 30 days of use, I began experiencing issues with the phone's display. I reached out to the marketplace seller for a return and I was informed that the return window had already passed. After that, I contacted Best Buy and apparently they aren't responsible for their sellers, because they couldn't help me either. I'll have to look into a charge back with my bank. What a pain. Battery life was also in the 80% upon purchase which isn't great.
