Never buy refurbished phone! When I receive it looked great outside, but when I started to set it up, the touch screen was not responding (difficult to switch numbers to letters0, and it was making strange sound. I immediately initiated returned process and shipped it back the very next morning by FedEx. The seller received this IPhone on October 20, 2025, but hasn't issued refund as of today, October 27, 2025, in contradictory to written promise to do it in 2 to 5 business days. The bottom line, buy Apple products only new and directly from Apple.

Returned the item and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. Seller did not update me in 2 days like it said online and I had to reach out and they still did not give me a definite date of my refund. I reached out to Best Buy and was given a date which I did not receive a refund still on that said date. Two weeks. No refund.

This was not a good purchase. The screen had been replace but was no an Apple genuine part so the touch screen wouldn’t work correctly. The battery life was also maxed out at 80%. There is no way people should be able to sell this type of merchandise for hundreds of dollars in this type of condition.

Whatever they describe in Best Buy website is not what you get it from the store. I ordered one device and they sent me another one different color with the scratch in the screen and lock it now I have a problem to activate that device.
