    I had always thought that the quality of the iphone case was poor, but this time the case fell to the ground and got a hole in it, which still shocked me.

    Best Buy shipped the wrong color case and told me to return it via UPS to receive a refund. They received the return package a refused to refund the item.

    Wrong case and i wasnt allowed to exchange for an iphone 15pro that i have because the 14 days expired the day prior. Extremely disappointing.
