Everyone always complains about the battery life on iPhones but with my experience so far it is flawless it last me all day and it charges so fast so I'm not stuck to the wall all day. The camera is the best I have seen yet, it's so clear and captures detail beautifully all the different options I can choose from just on the main camera app is unbelievable The phone is so sleek and easy to use, it's light weight yet durable. I've dropped it on occasion and every time I picked it up with no cracks or scratches the look is so modern and brilliant I wouldn't recommend to buy any other phone. The iPhone 5s is worth every penny and you won't be disappointed

I actually got a bad one and had to exchange it. Very surprising for an Apple product. Other than that this phone is excellent. It is solid as a rock in terms of stability, great battery life and quick to charge. The new features (slo-mo video, zooming) work well. It's not a giant step up from the 4s but it is faster and lighter.

Trying to be positive about the IPhone 5s: The Charge time is GREAT. it holds a charge for a very long time. Much longer then some reviews I read. I would not want to go over 16 hours without a charge and normal use. It will fully charge in an hour or less. The compact design fits in pockets very neatly. Display is much improved from the IPhone 3 and 4s. Siri actually understands what I am saying, Samsung NEVER DID. I do believe RECEPTION is a little better then with Samsung Galaxy. Camera is very disappointing, Samsung has the best Camera with Camera features. I believe the Apps are better with Android at least Samsung. Internet access is not as good as Android. Over all quality of the physical phone is better, more durable feeling. Samsung has a problem with power ports failing. I feel like this phone will last a very long time. Unfortunately I will miss my Samsung.

I'm a big Apple fan. MacBook, iPad, iPod. Iphone3, 4 and now the 5S! I love it! It's way lighter and skinner! It rubs wayyyy faster! Not to mention more space. The battery life is decent. I can make it through an entire 9 hour work day without needing my charger! The team at best buy we're also very friendly and fast! No complaints at all! I purchase a gold bumper case from Amazon and I get so many complaints on how nice my phone is!

I owned an iPhone 5 before this and this 5s is much faster. It is easy to use, great battery life. I have not had one single thing happen with this phone since I bought it months ago. I will always be an apple phone lover.

Best phone, camera, internet access, and texting of all the phones I've owned. It's the perfect size for everything. Big phones just don't easily fit where this phone just drops in, i.e., back pockets, coat pockets, center console, etc. Will have this one for a long time.

No heat when on a long call. Tensile touch is very good. Easy to use. light in a shirt pocket. Battery charge lasts longer than expected. What I hear is clear and understandable. The pictures are brilliant.

I thought about upgrading my 4S to the 5S, but really couldn't justify the investment, and was fearful that any "new and improved" device would only mean a lengthy transition time before I could use it proficiently. I was thrilled that I decided to dive in! The ONLY reason that prompted me into checking it out, however, was the email announcing Apple's $75 sale price and the trade-in program Best Buy offers. I had tons of questions, and Julian in the mobile phone department was an angel--I gave him high accolades for the service he provided. Because I use the Cloud for backup, while I held my breath, all of my data was miraculously restored, and the new 5s was up and running with no snafus/glitches, etc. It's lighter, the retina display is phenomenal, and speed is nice. I'm sorely disappointed in the touch ID feature, as this would be very useful while going in and out of appointments every day. I tried several times setting finger IDs, and each time I programmed in every finger I could, it NEVER accepted my fingerprint and always asked for my code. It's a huge hassle for me to do this, so as a result, I don't lock my phone often, as I should. Also, various new adapters/cables that are necessary for the "lightning" input are ridiculously expensive, so I no longer buy specific Apple accessories. I shop around, and am always able to find the exact same item selling for less elsewhere. That being said, because of Best Buy's offers--AND Apple's $75 discount (which prior to this was unheard of)--I upgraded to the 5s 16G Gold at no cost to me! After the special offers, including an additional $100 gift card for purchasing a mobile hotspot, I left the store with a beautiful new phone, and a gift card in hand...which I used for my new iPad Air. If you're considering upgrading to the iPhone 5s, I would highly recommend it.

Had an iPhone 5 for two years and enjoyed it the whole time, then when it was time for an upgrade decided to switch to Android - big mistake! After having Android for 4 days exchanged it for iPhone 5s and has been enjoying the phone ever since! Very user friendly. You don't have to waste time searching for particular function in settings, great camera, and right size.

Love Apple products myself. Extremely easy to use, awesome camera, crisp screen, tons of apps available, and a sleek design. Purchased this iPhone 5s as a gift. Very happy customer and recipient!
