One glaring issue

After a bit of convincing they agreed to exchange my phone. Now I have the same issue although not as frequent. I will need to take this up with Apple obviously as it's an annoyance. I guess something gets stuck inside the phone much like a. Calculator that has a sicky button and no others will work while it's stuck.
