Got this phone for my daughter who absolutely loves it! It was a replacement phone for her, so decided to get the extra memory.There is so much it can do and will take a while to figure all that out. Very user friendly, great picture quality and video/sound quality.

The battery life is long lasting, even when using apps that would typically drain much of the life. The camera takes excellent pictures, great quality. The design is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

As regular price goes this would have been a foolish purchase to upgrade my 4S 16gb to this 5S 32gb if there was no trade-in bonus. The screen is much improved and slightly larger making things easier to read on my aging eyes. The biggest disappointment is definitely the battery life which is worse if not exactly the same as my previous 4S.

Processor and web browsing speed is much better than my 4s. I really like the durability of iPhones in general as they can take a beating much better than the competition. The finger print reader doesn't save me any time, as I don't use the security lock feature. The battery doesn't last more than 1 day and the display is still to small. .

I had always been an Android and recently a Windows person but I switched to the iPhone and I have to say that I am quite impressed! Lightweight, great quality of pictures and videos, lots of apps, and easy to use.

Nice phone. Glad i upgraded. Battery life could be better but i also got one of those portable chargers for emergencies. Great phone with great amount of storage.

Love the performance, and the fact that the battery life lasts an entire day without exception! The size is perfect, and I would recommend the 32GB for those that don't like to worry about managing files etc.

The phone is great. It has fast speed, good battery life, it's thin and light, and is able to do everything I need. Haven't really found any drawbacks to it.

The 5S is a great phone for someone looking to upgrade or someone looking to switch to iPhone. The only negatives are the speakers aren't that great but most cell phones have bad speakers in them anyways.

I pretty much was forced to upgrade. When I upgraded the software on my 4 to the new op system, it never worked well again. (If you have the Iphone 4 - DON'T DO IT!) Apps crashed all the time, very slow to open...it became a new, worse phone. I couldn't even sync my itunes...that was a huge hassle (check online about this...it has been a big problem) Either keep your Iphone 4 as is, or go ahead and get the 5. That said, the 5 is fast fast....love that. Very seamless moving between apps. I LOVE the fingerprint security. You can set more than one too...use a pinky even if you have to manuever around an otterbox like me. I now have a 5 for work also and this is a great feature to get in quickly and use it.

The Apple IPhone 5s 32 gig is an intuitive easily integrated device. Why bother with splintered android systems- which we do own some devices for- when Apple makes it brainless to learn, use, impact daily life. This is not grandma's phone - mostly computer engineers and such who test speed and signal strength as a hobby really 'love' their Samsung or other device. Vast majority of people benefit from the Apple ecosystem v Android. There is a good reason why the smaller percentage of Apple owners account for the vast majority of mobile sales... Because Apple has a superior product overall, easier to use and understand. I dream of a Sony Apple partnership.... The Z series from Sony is close to Apple...

5S a huge improvement over my 5. I am happy with this normally I wait a generation skip before jumping but the camera and processor functions were enough of a change to draw me in. Glad I did!

I'm happy with the phone I purchased. The size is great. Wish the battery life was better The screen is very sensitive Love the style and color.

This iPhone 5s is exactly the phone I wanted. 32 GB of memory and the right size. I don't want to carry a tablet sized phone in my pocket.

The iPhone 5 is much faster than my old iPhone 4 even with the same 32g it seems to hold more apps, music and photos. Best Buy employee did a great job putting the screen protector on too.

This is a typical iphone and can do everything the others do but it is faster and more clear. The call and sound quality is good but again the battery life is short and i don't like not having a spare to put in. It's not always convenient to find an outlet.

I'd recommend the phone. Apple did a good job. The larger screen is nice but I really like the new processor and the speed. Great phone.

I had upgraded from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 5S. The main reason was for the improved camera. I have really enjoyed the still photos it takes in multiple lighting conditions. More than that, the video it takes is wonderful. I have especially found the slow motion to be entertaining and useful. The usefulness comes in when I'm trying to explain to my kids what they look like when performing a particular karate/gymnastics move. This has helped in their ability to correct errors on the spot.

If you use iTunes it just makes sense. Fast. Easy to Use. Right amount of memory for extensive music library.

The iPhohe shows itself as social status product with sophisticated design and easy setting up. However, the price is too high to the quality offered and the weak battery.
