Solid upgrade, quality phone with well implemented improvements. Great retina screen, camera, and it is very fast. Also Touch ID is cool concept!

I had a 4s before & upgraded to the gold 5s. I love the smaller sized phone and the bigger screen. Also love the new iOS. Just very disappointed in the poor battery life.

I waited to review this to see if any of the reported problems surfaced. Not one problem at all. I don't think I will ever go back to the Android OS and the problems I constantly had.

I had been using phones with a variety of operating systems and had all of my music, books and pictures stored in ITunes. After trying to move things around for several years I decided to move everything to the Apple platform, Everything now plays well together and no more issues around different operating systems. Apple just makes it easy. The other systems worked but they were not as intuitive. The IPhone is powerful but simple. Great Product

I love the iPhone for several different reasons. It allows you to navigate through your phone with ease using it's awesome apps, while keeping several different windows open. The so - mo on the camera is one of my favorite parts. You cannot only take a good quality video, but a one of a kind in it's editable slow motion feature. I think everyone should at least try out and iPhone and they will see it's a great device!

I love having an iPhone and I think the finger scanner lock option is great. I haven't had any problems with this phone

I upgraded to the 4s after being quite happy. I love the upgrades to the photo features and being able to zoom during a video is a nice touch. The slight increase in screen size is also nice although I'll still never use my phone for watching anything but the occasional short YouTube video.

I have owned an iPhone since the 4. They keep getting better. I will never switch to Windows or 'Droid phones until they surpass the Apple OS, app availability, and ease of use. I don't buy a phone for its camera and the iPhone camera is fine for anything if use my phone's camera to shoot.

I am happy with my purchase of this phone. I upgraded from my iPhone 5 and I am pleased with my purchase. The only thing that I am worried about is the lightning port going bad like my last one did.

I traded in an "unsmart" phone for this, so this is my first smart phone. I have been very pleased with the size of the iPhone, as well as pretty much everything else about it. It gets good reception and is easy to use. I especially enjoy being able to download and read eBooks.

They sold me this one then I found crack in it, nothing against the phone, it was replaced and the current one is just as awesome!

This phone is amazing. I will never buy anything other than an iPhone. The ease of using it is impressive, the speed, and all of the other options.

Smartphones of today do practically all the same things. This phone is great for fans of Apple who are looking for the newest technology. It is definitely faster than my friends iPhone 5. The fingerprint scanner works really well and I'm surprised how much I use it.

As always, apple has produced a great product. Much faster than the iphone 4. Best Buy continues to provide excellent customer service. The sales person was knowledgeable and pleasant. Assisted me in all aspects of transferring my information to the new phone.

Everyone's always arguing which os is better. For me, I find apple to be most functional for my personal need by leaps and bounds. Only downside is battery life, but if you know how to adjust the setting in ios7 right, you can improve it by double the lifespan

I went from a 16g to 32g because I have a lot of music I play. Need more storage. I also went with the iPhone 5s because it is comparable with my hearing aids. Now I can control my hearing aids with the phone, which is a awesome up grade for me!
