I'm happy with the phone I purchased. The size is great. Wish the battery life was better The screen is very sensitive Love the style and color.

This iPhone 5s is exactly the phone I wanted. 32 GB of memory and the right size. I don't want to carry a tablet sized phone in my pocket.

Although the iPhone 5S has fewer noticeable new features from the previous phone I had, the iPhone 4, it is much faster. I really like the look of the new operating system. Would love Apple to have an app for how to use the iPhone. It would be great for beginners or those who want to learn tricks/shortcuts or to identify how to use new features.

The iPhone 5 is much faster than my old iPhone 4 even with the same 32g it seems to hold more apps, music and photos. Best Buy employee did a great job putting the screen protector on too.

I'd recommend the phone. Apple did a good job. The larger screen is nice but I really like the new processor and the speed. Great phone.

This is a typical iphone and can do everything the others do but it is faster and more clear. The call and sound quality is good but again the battery life is short and i don't like not having a spare to put in. It's not always convenient to find an outlet.

Glad I was able to upgrade from the 4s. Got more memory since I kept running out with the 16gb and couldn't update my operating system.

I love this phone. It's faster and more functional than previous versions. The camera is great and the battery life seems to last longer. Overall functionality is better.

I had upgraded from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 5S. The main reason was for the improved camera. I have really enjoyed the still photos it takes in multiple lighting conditions. More than that, the video it takes is wonderful. I have especially found the slow motion to be entertaining and useful. The usefulness comes in when I'm trying to explain to my kids what they look like when performing a particular karate/gymnastics move. This has helped in their ability to correct errors on the spot.

Great phone. Loved that it was easy to switch over to. Easy learn and continue to learn on. Love how light it is.

I've bought an iPhone 5s in Gold w/ Verizon from Beet Buy. I've traded my iPhone 5 and first I thought it will be the same phone but it's not. The A7 processor is a lot faster and the fingerprint reader is an smart innovation from Apple, which is easy to use. I always purchase my new gadgets from Best Buy because the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone who needs help with new products at this location, please see LOGAN(manager) he seems to be very helpful.

If you use iTunes it just makes sense. Fast. Easy to Use. Right amount of memory for extensive music library.

Phone is great,glad they enlarged the screen. What I don't like is the battery life is not as good as my previous iPhone 4g. I thought that would be something they would improve to be better not worse.. Best buy made it easy to purchase & down load all my stuff from the old phone.

The iPhohe shows itself as social status product with sophisticated design and easy setting up. However, the price is too high to the quality offered and the weak battery.

It is very responsive. Great pictures. Hard to use the screen touch if it is near the edge of the screen.

Solid upgrade, quality phone with well implemented improvements. Great retina screen, camera, and it is very fast. Also Touch ID is cool concept!

love the upgrade it has a beautiful screen and I like the extra vertical screen real estate from the 4s. it is fast and works well for me.
