Purchased this phone for my daughter (22) as an upgrade from her 4S. Basically she wanted it for the gold color and wanted a larger size because she has a lot of music. She is an avid Apple user so she loves the phone. She likes playing games, listening to music and texting (she's so fast and accurate). Overall she's happy and we got a good price.

What is there Not to like about this phone? Apple hardware is still superior to all the competition. I looked at them all, and went back to the I-phone. It is just the right size and weight. The screen shows everything that is important. I like the fact that I can add a contact to my phone and iCloud shares it with my other devices. Thanks Apple!

My service out of the Phoenix area has been pretty bad, areas where I did have service seem to have worse or no service now. Siri and the speak to text system seem to miss what I'm saying quite often like skipping words, misunderstanding me when I am speaking very clearly. It's nice to have more data storage, I'm liking many of the new 5s features. Overall I am pretty pleased with my purchase. I am experiencing issues with AT&T though, this has been unpleasant & irritating. I was never warned about an "upgrade fee" by anyone at the point of purchase, or that it would "pop up" later.

This is a great upgrade as it is a much faster iPhone. When upgrading to iOS7, this is important as iOS7 demands a lot of work from the iPhone. The fingerprint lock feature works well and makes unlocking the phone easy.

I have been using a iPhone since day one. It is the best for almost anyone, my 3yr old can use this phone with a little help. Apple has done it again, the only they still lack on is battery life. In my field of work I need as much as battery life I can get. But overall a great phone. Also Best Buy has great deals on iPhone sometimes.

I would say the camera upgrade is great if you know anything about photography you don't need these 41 mega pixel cameras on a phone if you are never going to blow the pic up. great great work on the camera side the phone is great also thin and sleek and sexy

This is a slimmer model than previous models, even with a protective cover - a plus for women when carrying in their pant pockets. It was easy to back up the old phone and download to the new phone. Price was a good deal offered by Best Buy, plus you get 5% points back (if you choose), so it's a win win situation.

We're a iPhone family that reaches literally around the world. The 5s has been a welcome member to the family.

Its everything my 4 was and more....lite weight, faster with all my aps, and I love the slow motion movie in the camera....had fun with my kids the other nite with that....my calendar is a life saver...keeps all my appointments and reminds me.

I love not just the quality of my iPhone, but the design. It is clean, elegant, light. Every release of the iPhone surprises me. Always something new. It fits to a masculine taste and/ or feminine taste. iPhone came to stay in the market.

Finger print sensor works well.Battery life has been better than my expectation. Camera is great, just takes some awesome photos. Look and feel is premium quality. Perfect size for holding with a single hand. Sound quality and speakers are too good! Not a necessary upgrade, but certainly worth it!

Definitely faster than my old 4s. Hardware is perfect: nice finish and you can tell quality. Software is a little buggy, but I think it can only get better. Is it perfect? NO, but it works for what I need, both business and personal.

I replaced my iPhone 4 for the 5S. iPhone is all I know. I've never used any other kind of smart phone. But with that said. I like the large screen. It also has a good quality feel. I'm sure I don't use it to it's full potential. Being that it's expensive, I strongly suggest buying a quality case.

I used to have the iPhone 4 and upgraded to the 5s because I moved to NYC and I felt like I needed something more up to date and faster . I am so satisfied with this phone. I love my phone. I'm not sure how I have been able to survive without Siri for so long. I talk to her even when I'm bored.

The phone was able to do everything apple that i needed it to and i liked it but its gone now

Moving to the smartphone technology took some time. It's been a month and I'm happy with the phone.

Apple iPhone - 5S - It's an iPhone no issues. It is a perfect compliment to my Apple TV.
