I did think I would like the 5s due to screen size, was used to using my Galaxy Note, was surprised to find how clean and clear the screen is, the key board very easy to use, surprised I like it. one thing, the camera is not as good as the Galaxy Note, the pictures are not as good, but this is my opinion

I love it. Seriously I stood on the fence while everyone around me made the transition. Even my Mom. Laughed at them, the snobby "I have an Iphone people", told them it was just a phone, couldn't possibly be that different. Publicly admitting to all of you loyal Iphone, I was wrong. I'm sorry. It's awesome. You all knew and tried to share. I missed the boat. Happy to have joined your ranks. To all of you on the fence, while I can't say it's a decision YOU won't regret, I definitely do not. I love it. Seriously. As for specifics, it is simply more intuitive all the way around.

I LOVE THIS PHONE I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE BUY ONE. THE CAMERA IS THE BEST AND THE FINGER PRING SCANER IS AWSOME

I love my Iphone 5S! It works great and I have many compliments on the gold design. It's faster than the older generations. I highly recommend this phone!!

Skipped the 4S and 5, then dove in on the 5S. The new iOS works beautifully on this phone, as it was designed to do, where the 4 completely bogged down with the software upgrade. Siri has proven to be quite useful when I was in a hurry to make a call or look something up. Pretty impressed with that aspect. Will definitely use that feature a lot. Camera and video better than ever. Love the iOS features. Too numerous to mention here. I recommend the Mophie juice Pack case. Looks and feels amazing. Doubles battery life. Pricey but worth it in he long run. I'm an Otterbox convert now.

I love everything about this phone. The slo mo video and the filters are an added plus. I am a die hard apple fan

As usual, I wouldn't expect anything less than ideal from Apple. Although not much of a change from its predecessor, the new camera makes for a great change.

I am an avid iPhone user. Tried the Galaxy 4 and hated it, felt it was not user friendly! Am very happy switching back to an iPhone and love the iPhone 5!

I am learning by hard knocks. How about a YouTube tutor for ALL functions. I am not intimidated by an iphone that thinks it's smarter than me. I think it's dumber than my cheaper dumb phone that only had a service cost of $9/month, in a family AT&T plan. Now, for $30+/mo., I can not get my collection of pictures on my old cell phone, some of the phone numbers didn't transfer, and, "iphone for Dummies", is awkward for a busy man that is suppose to be, "smart", enough to use a smart cell phone. It's a 2 year contract joke on me. I figure that whoever reads this is not a CEO or anything - soooo, ;-] how about helping me with some good suggestions that you personally can share? Your help will give me more faith in the, "Power of the People". Please email back, not via a, "Caned", preformed, computer generated, formal answer. Please, please. please, answer me as one human to another. Go to You Tube and search for, "Nothing More", by, "The Alternative Routes". Their words are about how we should live.

Overall, what a phone! I'm a windows guy so no fanboy reviews here. Switched to iPhone several years ago from a competitor and believe me, I'll never go back. With all the apps (many of which are free) and the features that come with the phone, this phone can be ANYTHING you want it to be. If your a current iPhone user, you have to have this phone. If your a current user of the other format phones, try this one, once you get used to it you will NEVER go back!

This is a good upgrade to the iPhone 5. It is faster and more responsive. The only bad thing about it is the fingerprint scanner does not work very well.

I purchased this phone because i broke a screen on my Nokia Lumia 920 (which i really liked). I initially wanted to purchase Lumia 1020 because i liked 920 and the new camera on 1020 is amazing. However what turned me off is that the back panel on the new Nokia is not flat. So my #2 option was this Iphone 5S because of it's stylish looks and camera almost as good as on Lumia 1020. I think one of the major pluses for me is that the battery charges REALLY fast when compared to other phones i have had. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and no complaints so far.

It's my third iPhone and they keep getting better. Opted for a larger phone this time to support more pictures. Finger ID seems inconsistent sometimes.

Love my new iPhone 5s. It's compact and yet the screen is easy to read. I use the mail and calendar apps to stay connected for work and personal life.

My main gripes about the iPhone is that the user has very limited options to customize the phone. For instance, while you can download an app to do a task, you cannot set that app to take over as the default app for various things. That said, it's a fast, versatile, high quality phone.

Anyone that knows what an iPhone can do would be happy with the product. Having more room for updates, music, and pictures. It is a great purchase.

Picked up the iPhone 5c during Best Buys Christmas special, so got the phone for free. Have had an iPhone since 2010 and like the updated model. Transferring data was very easy. Overall happy with the phone, would like to see the battery life improved and bigger screen on next models.

Excellent for both business And personal use! Camera takes excellent pics/videos! Browsing speed is high!

Great phone, very user friendly and easy to use. Navigating through the menu and apps are much easier compared to Android and set up was a breeze.
