Love the new phone. It's very similar to prior versions of the iPhone but much higher picture quality.

Best iPhone yet! Apple just keeps getting better and better with these iPhone enhancements. I will never buy another phone brand. I am a faithful iPhone customer. I can only begin to imagine what Apple has up there sleeves for the future iPhone, since I had to climb a mountain just to find the gold iPhone 5s. Totally worth my time & effort to find it.

I love this phone. Going from a 4s, this thing is wicked fast and the screen is awesome. I would really liked to have seen NFC implemented here, but the fingerprint scanner is awesome. I find myself constantly frustrated now with my ipad mini because i want to unlock it just as easily as my phone. Battery life is good, but not out of this world great.

If you are upgrading from a 5 you might not see a huge difference, but the 5s is definetly better in every way. Love the fingerprint sensor (got used to unlocking my phone with the scanner that now sometimes I wait for my iPad to unlock.. :-s). If you want a reliable. quality build, nice looking phone, this is your phone; the best ecosystem of all.

The iPhone 5S is a major improvement from my 4S. It's very light and the retina display is so clear!

I like the 5S. I came from the 5, I was really going to go for the Galaxy but I heard that Samsung cheats on bench marks and the phone was familiar to me. Is it the best? No. Is it the biggest? No. Is it the smoothest and best quality? I think so. I don't consider myself a bandwagonner at all, and this is the only Apple product I would own. Samsung is too cheap feeling and all of those extras are just useless party favors I think.

Good upgrade from my 4s. Fingerprint security is nice, really simplifies getting into the phone.

My 4s finally died, so I got lucky and found this at best buy I can't believe its so much faster.

I've purchased the 5c & the 5s , I prefer the 5s over the 5c hands down. The 5c seems to lag behind just a tiny bit but it's unnoticeable to the average user. If you need the extra push to upgrade this is definitely the upgrade for you. I've had an iPhone now for almost 5 months and I have worked at a Tech Store . Definitely Team iPhone

I've been a very long time iPhone user and the 5S certainly does not disappoint me. I'm glad I was able to find it at a Best Buy when it was sold out everywhere. The people helping me with the upgrade were very pleasant and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Overall I'm quite happy with purchasing my iPhone at Best Buy.

The iphone 5s was my most recent upgrade from the iphone 4. I held out and I am glad I did. This was the first time I purchased a phone anywhere else other than a phone store and I had a great experience. I traded in my iphone 4 and got a great deal. I'm very satisfied with the phone and the experience of buying the phone at Best Buy.

My wife uses this iPhone 5S. It replaces a Samsung Android phone that was dying after 2 years. Used to keep in contact with clients, coworkers, family and friends. Used for heavy texting & sharing pictures. Finally have music collection available at work and in the car. Hands free capability is nice to have in car. Works well with Apple TV received for Christmas nice to have played on TV and stereo.

I love my new IPhone 5. I replaced my iPhone 4s for it and it was an easy transition.

I wish I would have bought the 64 gig phone! I couldn't download all of my music. Plus the battery life needs to be longer or have an a way to upgrade the battery without having to add a case.

Good phone. Has some kinks in the OS system. Very easy to use and LTE is very fast.

Used by my teenage son. Used for various social media sites with applications and used in conjunction with the camera. Used as main media player when WI-FI is available. Texts continuously. Browses web frequently. Uses to capture music performances during impromptu jamming sessions. Used as main navigation tool. Used to check-in with parents while out and about reducing anxiety on both sides.
