Great features going from the iPhone 4 to the 5s. Camera is great.

Fingerprint scanner would not remember fingerprints longer than two days. In an example of Best Buy's great customer service, phone was cheerfully exchanged for a new one. Fingerprint scanner on new phone misfires sometimes, but works perfectly most of the time. Kudos to Apple and Best Buy!

I upgraded from the 4S to the 5S. What can be said that hasn't been said already about the 5S? If you're eligible for an upgrade and happy with the iPhone and iOS, the 5S is the way to go. If you're on a 5 now, then there isn't enough new with the 5S to justify an upgrade.

Everything is simple and a short learning curve if it's your first iphone.

I love this phone. It works fantastic. My reminders however do not work as they once did but it looks like that is an iOS issue. Coming from an original iPhone 4 this is a vast improvement.

The iPhone 5S is a high quality product well worth its price. If you want to fully enjoy the experience you need a carrier that supports 4G LTE so the phone can perform at its best. The phone does not dissapoint .

I upgraded from an Apple 4, and I am not disappointed! Very fast, and gives me new features I didn't have before. I love the finger print scanner. Works awesome!

The Apple iPhone remains the best smartphone out there. Had a 4 prior to this, and the upgrade was well worth the wait. Love it

This is my 3rd or 4th iPhone. The last was iphone5. The only reason I upgraded was I needed more storage space. I was able to re sell it for 400$. The quality of the phone stay with the phone.

Would not change my product at all. Even though the battery life is not great, the rest of the applications are great.

Its the best phone i have ever owned. I had the 4s but this one tops it hands down! The only pitfall is the price its pretty expensive.

Works wonderfully. Only drawback is battery life kinda sucks per charge. Solution is to pick up a 4200mAH battery pack/case.

Overall my experience with the phone has been great. No complaints at this point, and I have had the phone for 2 months now.

Overall great phone. I have used android and iPhone and prefer iPhone hands down. Easy to use and simple design. No more glass back to break either, so great improvements over iPhone 4s that I had before.
