The fastest phone out with access to the most apps

The iPhone 5s is the fastest phone out right now and it blows away every Android phone when it comes to speed. Web browsing, video streaming, and app launching are all blazing fast and an improvement from the iPhone 5. The camera also has been improved and takes better pics in low light conditions. I thought the fingerprint scanner was a silly gimmick but it does provide security and it beats entering your password 100 times a day. For the record...I also own the Galaxy Note 2 as my business phone and the iPhone 5s is faster in every way even though it's much smaller. I actually like Android and iOS and use both daily.
The only negatives I have to mention are battery life and that the phone is easy to break without a case. I bought a Mophie battery case so now I get over 20 hours battery life per day. Mophie cases cost around $100 so they aren't cheap but they are worth it for heavy users.

How disappointing

I haven't had any technical problems with it, except for the loose volume buttons after about a week of use, but I'm used to that. My concerns are all usability issues. I "upgraded" from an HTC android phone, and the more time goes on, the more I am disappointed.
My first disappointment was with the camera. I thought the pictures weren't looking very good, so I took comparison pictures in different settings next to my friends with android phones. The results were embarrassing. My pictures looked terrible next to there's when we snapped the same thing at the same time in all sorts of lighting and scenery.
the touch screen is not accurate, but they say that is by design. They expect that we won't be able to reach the top or bottom very well, so they compensate by adjusting the touch location. For example, if I want o touch a button at the top of the screen, I have to touch under it, not on it. I have proven with a stylus that I actually have to completely miss it in order for it to work.
Here is my quick comparison between android and iPhone.
things I like better with iPhone
- voicemail handling (viewable and clickable)
- Siri setting reminders for me, although this is now available on Androids
- Syncing music and podcasts with my computer (the main purpose for me buying this in addition to my company work email policy)
- EarPods - they fit my ears great, although some people say they like buds better
- quick links to camera, calculator, and flashlight
Things I like better about android
- notification bar and functionality
- back button
- menu button within apps to adjust settings
- actually having settings for apps
- keyboard for entering numbers and punctuation while typing (I actually have to go 2 keyboards deep in iPhone to % or # in iPhone! (this sentence would have been very difficult to write on the iPhone))
- all android phone settings are much more intuitive. I still don't know where to change some iPhone settings without hunting around for a while
- touch screen is accurate
- widgets! (I can't believe I still have to open an app and wait for it to refresh to see something so simple as the temperature!)
- sound profiles
- alarm clock (non-apple versions have to be open in order to work right on the iPhone)
- navigation within the apps is more intuitive on android apps
- camera is way better on most android phones
- business email (outlook exchange) works better (I can't even send a high priority email on iPhone)
