Nothing Special

The body is thinner and it does have the finger Id but that's it. The software can be updated on previous devices so it's the same. I would suggest you purchase a gb up from any previous you had. In the iPhone 5 I had a 16gb and had a sufficient amount of space left. When I placed my content of the 6 it said I was running out of space. It starts at 12 gb because of the operating system.
