Reception a Problem

Sitting side by side with an older Iphone (same network) and my husband's 6 plus (same account even), they both had 2 or more bars, while this phone showed "no service". Not cool in my book. Called Apple, they insist that there is nothing wrong (seems wrong to me, but what do I know). I'll be continuing to try to resolve this. Best Buy was great about this --- its Apple's problem.
