Phone was inappropriately packaged, the phone comes in a small box and that small box is inside a bigger cardboard box. Upon arrival, the phone and the accessories were displaced and freely moving inside the bigger cardboard box as the smaller box had not been taped shut. The phone is in decent condition, it has about 9 minuscule spots where the Gold has been chipped off on the back, the antenna band on the back of the phone is not too clean and both the headphone jack and lighting port as well as the volume switch were very dirty. The screen is in perfect condition and the phone seems to work as it should.

Purchased this item on Feb. 10th, haven't had the phone for a month yet and something is wrong. Phone will not charge, brought it to the Best buy store Geek Squad and they were unable to service it because the item did not have a warranty due to it being purchased refurbished. So explain to me how spending over $500 for a product from a supposedly trusted retailer's website becomes ineligible for a warranty. Every retail electronic purchase I've ever made had some type of warranty. Now I have to pay additional money to have a third party diagnosis and repair it. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE BEST BUY MARKETPLACE!!!!!!
