The iPhone 7 is the most powerful phone Apple has ever shipped, and the most confident expression of the company’s vision. iOS 10 is excellent, the camera is better, and the performance is plain fantastic. Rose gold is a great color and the battery lasts longer than the 6. This is a terrific phone and I'm sure we'll have no problems with it until the next upgrade cycle.

Is very fast, has a great camera lens, it's lightweight and the 128GB phone is plenty of memory for a very long time. Great phone.

Very happy with this new iphone model , feels faster , excelent battery life , great camera, and fantastic design with the touch of jetblack color. Cons : it might be a problem if you are using the jack to charge the phone and want to connect a headphone at same time since not everybody is willing to pay $150 plus for wireless headphones

Large, bright screen. Easy to use. Decent camera. A lot of apps. A lot of storage. Upgraded from the 64GB iPhone6S as part of Verizon's annual upgrade program. Nothing wrong with the 6S, in fact I really don't notice any difference between the two (except for no headphone jack). I just wanted the latest and greatest iPhone.

First of all thanks for reserving the iphone for us. I didn't have to drive 4 hrs to the nearest Apple store to buy it. They price matched my iphone 7 and it worked perfect no trouble activating it. Thanks best buy employees for helping me out and making me have a good customer experience while being in your store

Large, bright screen. Easy to use. Decent camera. A lot of apps. A lot of storage. Hopefully it will be as reliable as my previous iPhone5, which this replaced. It was still fully functional and usable after 4 years. I just wanted a bigger screen and more storage, which the iPhone7 delivered.

This phone was purchased as a replacement for my wife and her iPhone 5S. Obviously improvement was expected, but the larger screen and vast performance improvements are quite noticeable in general usage. The phone is water resistant and has a great camera. Highly recommend.

The BB associate made the transition from my old phone to the new one was easy. For the few things he couldn't get transferred over, music, they were reloaded into my phone with the first sync to my Mac Book Pro. All of my old settings were back in my phone. New phone has larger storage for more photos and music. I bought the iPhone 7 over the new iPhone 8 for the storage and price difference.

As an early graduation gift, we purchased the gold iPhone 7 128GB. She always liked the rose gold color but was enamored by the gold of this phone. Extra pleasing was the fact that it didn't cost more for the color. In our family, she is the one who cares most about a phone's photo and video quality. For the past year she has emphasized how much better the 7's phone is than the 6S. It wasn't until she started taking photos and videos of family events that I became a believer. I know one doesn't necessarily purchase a phone based upon its camera but I will say that the 7's camera certainly causes me to consider upgrading my 6S to a 7. Now, camera aside, the phone is super solid and noticeably faster than the 6S. And it's nice to have a water resistant feature built into the phone.

Been using our i7's for about 6 weeks now. This is hands down THE BEST iPhone yet. My first smart phone was a 4S then a 5S my 4S was dying & couldn't wait for the 6 which ended up coming out about 2 weeks later. This thing is GREAT. Super fast, lightweight relative to its size & nice sized screen. I usually wait 24-30 months before purchasing a new iPhone but I may be tempted to get the i8 if they skip the 7S. There are minor "glitches" that are a bit of a nuisance. A tad more than my 4S & 5S but everything else makes it more than tolerable although I am a perfectionist. My only pet peeve is that the Jet Black is difficult to keep 100% lint, smudge & print free. I've always had silver but wasn't about to wait another few weeks or get the rose gold like my wife lol.

Love it. Easy to setup. Fast speed. Plenty of memory.

The iPhone 7 has an awesome camera. The longer battery life is a real plus and the 128GB provides me with everything I need. The only downside is the elimination of the earphone jack.

I upgraded from my iPhone 5 mostly for the sake of the better camera and photo storage and I have not been disappointed! Love some of the newer features (as compared to the 5 that is). Of course I could move up to the 8 or the X, but I'm really happy with my iPhone 7 for now!

I thought I'd upgrade from my 5s to something in the 6 family, but I was ill-informed. I had heard so much about not having a headphone port, but there is a way to plug in headphones. The battery life is exceptional; the water resistance is a wonderful bonus. And I take full advantage of the massive amounts of storage. I've always kept so many photos on my phone, and I used to have to delete and apps and only download them when I wanted to use them to juggle my storage capacity. Now I have about 5,000 pictures and 5,000 songs and all the apps I want to keep and I still have so much room to spare. It's 100% love with this phone

I have 2 of the iPhone 7's in different colors for my 2 teens. They LOVE the camera, the additional memory, the responsiveness. My son had a bit of trouble after the newest update, but some bug fixes seem to have worked these out. Great phone for an "older" model.

We joined the iPhone community with the 5S. Last year, we moved to the 6S. Needing a new phone and line, Best Buy had a great sale on the 7--and this phone does not disappoint. Arguably, it keeps getting better. The battery lasts a little longer than the 6S. It is snappier (not that the 6S was slow). And the camera...oh, the camera! Wow! There was a definite improvement in the camera from the 5S to the 6S. But the increase in quality and power for the camera in the 7 is jaw-dropping. The videos look more detailed and defined and crisp. This is a terrific phone!

Ive been waiting a long time to upgrade from my Samsung Core Prime. I was all set to get the newest Galaxy but with the battery problems... I ended up changing to the iPhone 7. I read that it has a great camera and the battery life is good. I was a little hesitant but my boyfriend, my sister and my mom all have iPhones and I'm constantly on my boyfriends iPad. I gave in and I am no sorry at all. I love this phone!! The camera is great and its easy to use. I love being able to AirDrop to the iPad and my boyfriends phone. Overall, its great and I'm so glad I switched.

Night and day better than a 5s. Bigger and more vivid screen. Faster than the 5s. Features have no lag. Happy with purchase!
