I am so glad I picked up my phone from Best Buy. They had to order the color due to not having it in stock and my new phone was there days before expected. We had issues with replacing my old phone on my wireless account and the employee had to call 3 different times to get it resolved. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be buying my next phone from them. I gave this phone a 4 star bc there are a few features that I don't like but I can get over that. The pros out way the cons for sure.

I used to use a iPhone 6S Plus which is bigger and heavier than iPhone 7. iPhone 7 is lighter, faster wifi, and greater camera.

Camera on the phone is better than the iPhone 5 I had, plus the screen is bigger!! User friendly! Not hard to operate at all!!

I like the iPhone 7. Not much different than 6S, but I had to have the "newest" thing. If you need a smart phone, get this one.

Thin upgraded phone with great storage. Only dislike is, no earphone plug. If you don't due Bluetooth, you're out of luck.

After upgrading from an iPhone 6 with 16 gB of memory, this phone has an incredible amount of storage. No more problems with pop-up messages saying my storage is almost full! Best Buy did not activate the phone, but the instructions they provided were clear and easy to follow. I really love this phone.

My iphone 7 is everything I hoped it would be! I have had 0 problems with it...which is rare with phones!

Everything is just a little better than the 6. Better camera, quicker downloads, and more durable as it is waterproof.

I got this device as part of my renew every 2 with Verizon. The special over the holidays was superb! I learned that if the color of the phone does not matter to you, if you purchased a black iPhone7, it was the same price for the 128gb and the 256gb. BONUS! Plus Best Buy always has A+ customer service!

I've been wanting the Iphone for a while now and finally decided to make the plunge into the apple world. So far I haven't been disappointed. The picture quality is great. the front camera is quite a bit better than what I'm used to using. The other camera features, like the slow motion recording option is really cool. The music maker app is nice and cant wait to really play around with it. Looking forward to discovering all the other features that comes with this sweet phone!!

Easy to use - works about the same as my last iPhone. Battery runs down after about 4 straight hours of use. Standby would last at least 2-3 days. Charges fast. Love the rose color. Great camera. Love that I can use the charger from my old phone on this one too! Love the touch to unlock feature.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 just over a week ago and I couldn't be happier. Apple did a great job. For the short time I've had the iPhone 7 the improvements to the phone are noticeable, especially the touch I.d. Also the addition of a 256 GB option really sets this phone from the competition.

You can't beat the iPhone and my new one hasn't disappointed except for the battery drainage. I actually left it unplugged at 100% charge overnight and it was completely drained in the morning. I have been working on fixing the settings, but it is a pain. Apple needs to just stop what they are doing in settings that limit the battery life. Way too confusing. I needed the additional memory so I upgraded, but kind of wished that I bought a bigger 6 rather than the 7.

Purchased to replace an iPhone 6. Well worth the upgrade. Wife loves it. No issues at all so far.

My iPhone 6 always had battery issues. I switched to the iPhone 7 which is great! I personally didn't notice much difference between the iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 in the things onscreen that have changed. I just love how much memory I have to finally store all my photos of my children!

Coming from a IPhone 5, it's hard not to beat. Very fast responsive much bigger screen, and pretty light.
