After reading many reviews about the apple phones I decided to go with product red. overall had this phone almost 4 weeks and I really an happy. no issues like I had with my Samsung galaxy phones. my only issue was getting all my information off my android and on to my apple. the team at best buy wanted to charge me rather than help as well as the Verizon associates at the store( I have Verizon). Ultimately I did get everything and I like it. I need some more time to get used to. but overall good product.
