In the beginning it lagged real bad but after the update seems to be working great

Like the increased memory - phone audio is much improved. Only 1 color in stock.

Love the water prove and the camera features. Not too crazy about the headphones.

I upgraded from the 6S to the 7...there is nothing different except the loss of the headphone jack!!! They do give a small attachment but that gets lost fast! Soooooo disappointed with this upgrade! I wish I could take it back!! Please Apple, do something good with your next phone or I am switching to the galaxy!

I really only use my phone to make calls, text, and listen to my music. It holds all of it, but I do not like the way that the music is set up on the new iOS. However I like that you now have the option to to organize your albums by oldest first, as opposed to the default newest first. The maps app is somewhat difficult to use though. All in all it seems like a good phone.

I found the better deal in best buy compared to other retailers. Received the phone well before the scheduled time, got activated in few seconds. I would defensively recommend best buy to buy phones even with provider contract.

I wanted to up grade my I Phone. Best Buy had it in stock.The associate was most helpful. I never had to go to the Apple Store or AT&T. The Best Buy associate made it so easy. I left with everything I needed. Great customer service!

We bought the phone as a gift and although we didn't want to spend the money we did anyway. All I can say is Wow... Awesome phone, features and everything about it. We liked the phone so much we are thinking about upgrading as well.

The phone itself was great, however, the sales person..not so much. when I purchased the protection plan, he failed to tell me that this did not cover theft and loss. Unfortunately, my device was stolen a week after purchasing it and now i'm on the hook for paying the phone off with AT&T..just make sure you ask those detailed questions, shame on me and lesson learned.

My 5 was turning off on its own, running out of memory and short battery life. I like that it's slightly bigger, since I basically use this as my main computer, even though I have a macpro. The apps included are nice, but take up too much room, so I'm going to delete them. I give it only 4 stars because I thought I would have so much more storage but I don't.

got the 7 plus had to keep the 7 though purchased both under contract with bb and they wouldn't let me exchange it. Even though the Sprint rep in store said I had a month, I am on At&T and they didnt allow the exchange outside of 2 weeks but there were no 7 plus available for purchase during that period of time , the 7 is a great phone but it is too small for my head.

The Iphone is a great phone and I love the rose gold color.

I got this phone coz Best buy offers 250$ Gift card for iphone 7 256 GB. I was forced to buy 256 GB when I actually wanted 128 GB phone since they had only 100$ giftcard. A shop next door (target) gives 250$ irrespective of any phone u get. But Best buy doesn't. They had this deal until last year. I wish they give 250$ Gift card for 128 GB phones as well...

Great until it locks up and you have to turn it off to reset.

Cool phone amazing customer service, I enjoy the iPhone 7 it is very fast and has a lot of cool new features. I purchased it at the Best Buy in Midwest city OK and was extremely impressed with their customer service.

Same old apple phone that costs far too much for what you get

Everything that it says it will do,it does.My Daughter and granddaughter are very happy with their phones. They are big I phone fans. The 7 is just what they were after and making good use of their purchase.

Compares to previous models phone is faster and nice to operate

This is the best iphone yet. Has great features, as expected.
