Upgrading my iPhone through Best Buy was so incredibly easy and was well worth it. I got a great value on selling back my old phone, and was able to use the credit to help pay for some of the initial costs with upgrading. The in store representative was knowledgeable of all promotions Verizon had and was able to help talk through my options with me!

The phone overall is a bit better than the IPhone 6 Plus but it sometimes freezes. It also makes a noise when I have it on speaker.

I lost my last phone when kayaking and u needed to buy a phone to replace it without signing up for a whole new payment plan. I was able to buy the phone and get a replacement sim very easily at Best Buy. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get their new phone to just get it from them in the store. You get a lot more help and info than online.

I have had nothing but Samsung Note smartphones over the last 10 years and Motorola before that. I needed to go to either a Blackberry or an iPhone for the new company I work for so I chose the 7+ model. It has taken me a few more days than I thought to get it set up but I am getting used to it. The functionality of it is great and now I can "Facetime" with my children and they get a kick out of it. It does not have a stylus like my other Samsung Note 5 had but there are other functions that compensate. Overall so far the phone is working well and I am supporting an American Company with my purchase!!
