SLOW and FREEZES

Then I have to close out the app I'm trying to use in order for it to b fixed. I jus got this product brand new in box from Best Buy 5 days ago. I love me some apple products but if this cell continues to glitch I am going to send it bac to apple. I would have gave it 5 stars if it didn't freez and didn't go slow and have a delayed reaction
