Nice phone but.....

He wanted all the "new" features that we have on the iPhone 6s+. However, since having the phone for 1 month, we have had to do a factory reset on the phone and also a recovery reset on it. I have heard of Best Buy phones doing this, but didn't wanna believe it. Next time, we will buy from our carrier.
