Nice case but the leather didn't hold up for long. It started showing rub marks very quickly within a couple weeks .

It looks good new but after few weeks the leather broke on the corners and it looks rredlly bad

I bought the brown leather case for my white/gold iPhone 5s. Gorgeous color combination. Nice leather with great leather smell. Feels great. Fits phone perfectly. All cutouts exact. Decent protection without bulk. Love the Apple logo on the back. I have had it for two weeks and it still looks new (has't gotten dirty like other reviewers mentioned). Sure, on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I love it!

This case really protects your phone well and looks very attractive. The color compliments the iPhone 5s. It feels really nice to grip and is not slippery. My main complaint with this color is that it starts to turn black on the edges and corners. After about two weeks the case really shows the wear and does not look as nice. It is leather so this cannot really be avoided. I imagine it would be even worse on the lighter colors. I would recommend the black leather due to hiding the dirt. Overall the case is decent and protects well. I give the brown case an average rating because it looks gross and dirty after a couple weeks. I attached a picture so your can see what I am referring to. It should also be noted that nearly every brown leather case has a slightly different color. Some are darker and some are a lighter brown.

Dont waste your money!! This is a joke of a case. I liked the color but that faded in just a couple of days. Its not strong or protective at all. Stay away!

After two months the cover looks bad. Showing scrapes, cuts, and discoloration.

A great, protective, and stylish case to accompany iPhone. The microfiber lining protects the reverse of iPhone against scratching if dust/debris enter into the case, not allowing the particles to rub against and scratch the backside of the phone. Since it's designed by Apple and was made alongside iPhone 5s, the case fits snuggly & all the cutouts match perfectly with their respective ports/mics/speakers. And it fits iPhone 5 perfectly as well.

I used an Otterbox case for a couple of years. It was a great case but way to bulky.The apple case is very thin and still offers good protection .

i got the brown colored case a while back and i love the thing. it looks great and feels even better when you are holding it in your hand. looks very sophisticated (the brown color reminds me of the leather interior of a Farrari). some might not like the wear and discoloration that happens over time but it says right on the box that the products appearance will change over time due to use. definitely was the right case for me but might not be the case for you.

When Apple first came out with these cases, I thought they'd be the perfect accessory for the iPhone... To begin, these things only look great for the first month until they look embarrassingly ragged. For reference, I am a woman, work a desk job, and wash my hands religiously. The fit ultimately loosened on mine and I ended up with a broken iPhone screen. I'm well aware that these aren't marketed to offer heavy protection, but I did expect more.

I am very brand loyal to Apple and I must say, I was very disappointed with this case. I returned it after one day. Fits great, looks good, but does not offer much protection and the leather picks up a lot of debris and even dyes from jean pockets. I do not recommend purchasing this product if you put your phone in your pant pockets or a coat pocket that is not lined. Black might be a better color to go with if you like the style. It does look great!
