Although this is the last year model，but it is almost the same with the newest one.

This computer is honestly for someone who isn't looking into much. It has a slower processor than the MacBook Pro but costs almost as much. Just keep in mind what your needs are besides the esthetics. Great laptop overall. And by my experience you can never go wrong with an apple. They truly do last a very long time. Worth the money. (I still have a MacBook Pro from 5 years ago working amazing, just installed a new part. Nothing major)

I switched over from using Windows. The interface is a lot more consumer friendly.

Very light weight and bright screen. Flash storage is very fast at boot up and accessing files. This one comes with 512 GB of flash storage and 8 GB Memory which is pretty acceptable for most users. I also have a 1 TB external storage for additional storage.

Bought it as a gift. I've always been an apple user, and it doesn't disappoint.

This would not be a power users MacBook but works perfectly as a travel item. I wanted something light weight but with a little bigger screen then my iPad and a keyboard. This works well. The power supply is also my smaller than a traditional MacBook.

I bought the rose gold MacBook for my daughter to use at college. It's lightweight and compact...perfect for taking to class and the library. The Retina display is very clear. I'm confident that laptop will last all four years of college and beyond!

I upgraded from a 2011 MBA to this 2017 MB and wow is this laptop awesome. It takes getting used to the new keyboard otherwise it's very quiet and works well.

This computer is great. I got it to start my Graduate Degree and it hasn't let me down yet with my engineering work load. It's small and highly portable and after finding a working dongle for the hdmi,USB, and power combination it has been great.

Great computer for student, arrived on time. Apple makes it fairly straightforward to initialize and customize device, with ability to pull settings from iCloud and sync to other devices. Overall I and my child are happy with the purchase.

Kids needed a computer. I still use my old MacBook Pro from over 9 years ago. Started to really glitch and slow down. Kids needed a reliable laptop. Super fast and know the quality of Apple products. Will last through their high school days I'm sure.

Tried Microsoft Surface Pro for a 18 months and a Surface 3 LTE for about 6 months, sold both and pick up a 2016 macbook. Nothing compares to Apple. Use my iPhone as a hotspot and it just works everywhere with no issues and excellent battery life.
