The rose gold color sure got a lot of attention. It has enough power for most everyday school and office computing. Definitely recommend

Pros: lightweight, good mobility, decent performance Cons: Only one port... Usb-C. Need converter for common USB. MacBook pro magnetic charger port much better

Good for people need to carry notebook to different place to work or study. But if at home, it would be better to use with a monitor.

I have had a MacBook Pro since 2011 and it works great! However I travel a lot and over the years have tried to continuously lessen the weight I have to lug around airports and hotels. This MacBook Air was the perfect answer! Compact in size but performance is nothing shy of my MB Pro. I recommend this to anyone who needs a small but powerful unit to travel.

I have the Space Gray and it looks like something out of Star Wars. But that is not what you buy a computer for. It's very light (it feels like it weighs much less than an Air) and fast (with an M5 chip). Don't worry about the keyboard -- you get used to it in a few minutes of use, and in a few days you prefer it over the old Apple keyboards.

This computer is thinner than the MacBook air, and extremely light for portability to and from school and work. The screen quality is fantastic, and the sound is superb. My one qualm would be the lack of ports to plug other devices in (even a USB!), but with one quick add on plug you can plug in the works. Great for both personal and student use.

Great computer. Very light weight. I charge it maybe every 3 days or so. I use it to browse the internet and do homework. I do have have Photoshop on my computer and use regularly. I have not seen any lag in performance. I guess it could be like 1/2 second quicker but I really don't notice. Once again great computer. I have had no problems.

Love Love Love. Great size, light weight, and super fast...

Pretty good. Solid build and very light. It is also very thin, but that happens to be a good thing here. I get about 6 hours of battery life per full charge, and use this for basic photo editing, email, web browsing and sometimes Facebook. Very good for the money, especially if you do a trade-in, and a student discount. Very Good.

The MacBook is so user friendly with an easy keyboard to use. The keys are soft to the touch and great for anyone to type.

haven't had a new laptop in years but have been using macs for over 15 years and wow is all I can say, great design and battery life. I use it only for checking emails, surfing the web and spreadsheets and it does exactly what I needed. I know I could have gotten a PC for way cheaper but I love the Mac experience and all that it brings.

Bought this MacBook because my old one was about 10yrs old. Love the size for lighter portability. Very happy so far!!!!

Great MacBook no issues and very fast. Always end up paying a bit more for a MacBook but IMHO well worth the extra $$$.

Powerful processing, long battery life, easy to handle.

I've owned a lot of computers in the past, but this one takes the crown. It's so portable it's not even funny. Beautiful screen, nice keyboard, and performs fine. I guess if you edit major motion pictures on your laptop it may not be the right machine for you, but for everyone else (especially weekly flyers) it's a must-have.

I've been a Mac user for years. My last computer is a MacBook Pro 2012 and it is still kicking. The reason I bought this was because the pro is a bit too bulky and heavy for easy transport. This new MacBook is amazingly thin and powerful. It is a great use of power and has a fantastic battery life. I strongly recommend this computer.
