Maybe it was excellent but due to the size of the box is arrived not so excellent. With the MacBook and nothing else in the box it still would have been a claim , the corners where dented and by adding the charger block and wrong cord to the already too small of a box where the block and cord were smashed on top it dented and scratched the MacBook Air

my laptop broke and I wanted to buy this one. mistyped my address because my device is busted and didn't realize. Fedex, Best Buy, and this random third party have refused to fix the shipping address and send it back, and refuse to give me a refund. it's been nearly a month and I still don't have what I ordered and the third party keeps dancing around my questions. Best Buy is powerless to do anything. go elsewhere if you need a new device

Came with an iPhone charger not a MacBook charger and nothing was done about it after I drove all the way to Best Buy.
