Okay device, disappointing customer service

Bought a refurbished MacBook Air. The machine runs fine and no scratches or dents. Charger and keyboard not made by Apple but that's to be expected. The problem is with the delivery of the item. The person at Best Buy told me I would get the computer more quickly if I were to have it sent directly to me and not the store. I have MyBestBuy Plus so I was guaranteed free two-day delivery. The device was shipped via FedEx. That's when things went wrong. Only a little AFTER the item was supposed to reach me did I get an update that it was delayed and that no other information was available. I reached out to FedEx--same problem. I went to BestBuy to ask about cancelling the order and getting my money back to apply it to the purchase of a device currently in the store and was told that since this was a FedEx issue, the store couldn't do anything for me--I would have to deal with FedEx on my own. The device did arrive in the end--about a week after it was promised. Definitely not great for something that is time-sensitive. And very disappointed by the cavalier attitude of the various salespeople at BestBuy in town.

Got this laptop for my sister for college. So far so good other than the limitations of mac vs pc. Great speed and cleanliness for a refurbished product.
Dont recommend playing games on it due to the storage size and memory.
Quality picture, battery life good, and nice color.
