The primary reason that I purchased this for my daughter is the prospect of it lasting more than 2 years before becoming obsolete. As such, I can't say yet whether or not this objective has been met but it does run well and serves every function that she needs it to presently.

I have always wanted one, finally got it and it is surpassing my expectations as I expected it to! Never will I go back to were I was before!

So far everything is fantastic. It’s made doing assignments and work much easier. It’s very user friendly and easy to navigate.

I have had windows computers my whole life. I absolutely love my Mac! It is so fast and so easy to use, I love that it's compatible with my phone too!

Did not think the newer model would be worth the extra money. For my usage, this model does everything that I need with sufficient speed.

I only use this computer for school work. It is fast and efficient. I choose Apple because I have never had a virus on an apple computer.

About a month in, my conclusion is the MacBook Air is a great, basic Mac . I had balked for years in replacing my main personal computer, which was a five year old PC, that I use at home. I regret that I waited so long. I was able to get the Mac on sale for $899 and since there is no sales tax in Delaware, I saved additional money. The built in Apple apps are great and everything integrates seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad.

The MacBook air undeniably is stylish, light, and comes with a quality interface. The interface led me is purchase the MacBook, as Windows 10 is terrible. The price is excessive for what it is, however, considering that the processor isn't as up-to-date, and the harddrive only is 128gb and it strugged to load photo files. It's acceptable, but should be approximately $600-650.
