This Mac is the best thing ever. It is simply just user friendly and works well with all my apple products. Highly recommend if your looking for a Mac but don’t want to dent the wallet for a Mac Pro.

This machine is great. Even thought I had to return it two times to the store because of both a defective screen and camera the third machine was great and works very well. Way better then windows machines.

Apple has one of the best support system. I have always had windows before and the support time provided me with a functions cheat sheet and willingly got me to a comfort level that made a transition seamless.

I had a very pleasant experience at Best Buy. The salesman was fantastic and found me a discount for the laptop.theaptop work beautifully and it is very easy to work with. I will go back to Best Buy

It took me time to figure out how to use it. Didn’t come with instructions- typical Apple. But after going back to Best Buy a very nice member of the Geek Squad showed me how to make the most of it.

Yes, the specs are behind a bit, but the experience is familiar and all your favorite ports are here-- no dock, hub, etc. needed for USBs etc. Oh, and magsafe charging so no worries! Last of the old Macbooks!

It takes a bit to get used to some of the features but simple to use.

Would you expect anything else? A total package Intel Core i5, 8 GB, 128 GB SSD... my only "gripe" is that it's not a Retina screen but in the whole scheme does that matter for a 13.3" screen? Not really.

Its a great computer. If you are looking for something light to carry for school it definitely passes. My sister is use to apple products so this really worked in her favor as a first time computer

I just needed a laptop to do some things that my iPad and iPhone couldn’t do. I tried an HP first, but didn’t care for the tablet feature. An Apple was really the best choice so my devices can be synced.

This is a perfect first computer for my child. I’m actually switching the whole family to macs. The parental controls are great and it has enough processing power a pre-teen needs.
