I’ve waited a long time to purchase my Apple laptop I was really happy until I watched a review on YouTube and realized that the camera resolution isn’t great. I thought I needed to adjust mine but no the camera quality really does suck.

It's a Mac that does Mac things. Fast enough for internet browsing and basic word processing.

Bought in September, so far everything about it has worked great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and nice.

I bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day to help with connectivity issues during her video conferences. So far it has been working flawlessly while she supports work from home and we’ve used it for all our video conferencing needs.

As expected. Fairly lightweight, bright screen, fast, good illuminated keyboard and trackpad. Mac OS is fast and easy to use once you learn the shortcuts on the trackpad (3 finger swipe, 2 finger press, etc.). Has been perfect for me.

This is only my second apple computer, but my first macbook lasted almost 10 years. At that rate, I feel very comfortable knowing that I hopefully wont replace my computer every 1 or 2 years as I've seen with other brands.

This computer is as advertised works great I love how fast it is. Got it on sale would definitely recommend

What can I say except for the fact that Apple is the Leader in the industry, therefore that is the reason I purchased the best! You get just what you pay for. Thank you Best Buy for having this amazing Laptop on sale during the holidays!

Love my MacBook Air. I'm an Apple product user and Fan!! Best out there. Has given me great service since I've had it. It was time for an upgrade as I had a 2009 MacBook. So glad my husband bought this for me!!

The computer is fast but it has a lot of glitches. Honestly I would get the Ipad pro 2020 instead.

At first I was not an Apple believer. Since having the MacBook Air I am so glad I made the transition. Im still getting use to using the features as they are different from the usual laptop. I would not trade it!

Bought this for my son entering law school. His PC hardly made it through undergrad school, my hope was to gift him an item that would live long past grad school. I have had a Mac for several years without issue. I pray his is as good to him.

I live Apple products! This was great but after 6 years, it started to give me problems. Some would say that’s a plus but for the price, this should last 20+ years. It was awesome while it was functional.

Best Buy has always been my go-to place for all electronics, I am able to find everything I ever needed in there. Mason, at the Rockford store, has always been a good help whenever my parents and I go there for whatever we need!

Outstanding. I have an iMac at home, so this is just for simple usage on the go for work and class. But once I’m home, with iCloud I continue my work on my iMac. So this is very reliable if you’re always in the go.

I wish the new laptops had the usb connection and I wish it was easier to download photos from a usb

I have made the transition from a Windows 10 machine to Mac with Microsoft Office for Mac. It was much easier than I thought. It’s interaction with other Apple products is helpful. Asking the Apple community my questions has been great.

It’s my first MacBook and I should of done it sooner. Easy to use and I’m looking forward to many years together. Within 15 minutes of visiting my 12 year old granddaughter, she uploaded her doggie’s photos into my new MacBook.
