Okay... I Guess

No touch screen, no buttons on the touchpad (it make s a copy and paste into a really difficult process) , and having to buy a dongle to interface any other peripherals. I think this really is the last Apple product I will buy.

Weird shut down screen!

Need a magnifying glass to read mail etc...... cant finger pinch zoom, no touch screen!!! But it's a apple that's all I can say.

When I give a review it details the product and service I experience. Laptop does it’s job and I’m happy with it. But the overall experience was horrible and hopefully Best Buy puts more work into hiring and training.
