Great that all apple products have same apps I am new to apple products I am learning

BuY the next gen 2020 with the new magic keyboard this butterfly is terrible

Lightweight and slick. Keyboard is a bit noisy but tollerable. Camera is blurry.

Purchased this to replace my Lenovo Yoga c930. No way! Very slow. Multiple hang-ups. If the computer was priced in the 500 dollar range then maybe it would be a better deal. Go windows! They have come a long way in the last few years! Returned and sticking with the yoga until I decide to replace windows!

I enjoy this it is a great computer for the price would recommend

The laptop itself was good but zero durability. My daughter bumped it and it fell and the screen completely was not usable. It’d cost $600 to fix the screen - for a $900 laptop. I had it barely over a year and used very infrequently.

Just wish it have more memory but after all it is good for basic

I have had this laptop for 5 months and have had nothing but problems. Within a week, the sound stopped working and I had to contact support. Within a few months, certain applications, like Microsoft Word, started to have glitches. Most recently, my laptop no longer charged. I bought a new charger and it’s apparently a system issue. I’m not sure if I got a bad laptop, but it is an absolute waste of money. You’d think a company who charges so much for their products would make them a little more reliable.

Not sure what to say but the older mac is much better.

Very disappointed with the apple macbook air. Eight months after it was purchased it stopped working. It was still under warranty so apple took care of it. However, a laptop that expensive should not stop working so soon after it was purchased

I must start as I love Best Buy but this purchase has me upset again I love Best Buy. I bought my daughter a computer for her upcoming Graduating. We bought it early so we could start paying it off. We decided to give it to her because of this circumstances we can’t control and she is now doing homework online. Well the computer didn’t work and Apple cold care less about helping us fix the problem. I’m done with Apple and Best Buy now because didn’t do anything on and above helping me.

For a certified refurbished (excellent) condition laptop i didn’t think i would receive a laptop that the touch bar would lag and not only that i couldn’t log into because it wouldn’t let me start it as a “new” laptop

Always asks for the sound trouble shooting very limited space I do not recommend anyone to buy this version of mac

I bought this laptop on Feb 10th, and it already started to have issues. Now its battery and charger do not work. The WORST laptop I have ever bought! I wish I could buy from Apple directly. Very disappointed and I hope the seller loses future customers by reading this review and similar ones on this website. I wish I could give it "-" 5.

I had to purchase this computer when I had to send back my MacBook Pro back to Apple A-FEAKING-GAIN, for repairs. It's a good computer but has begun to overheat like my MBP does.

I bought this MacBook to replace my old one and I’ve never had so many issues before but I have been getting this I’ve had multiple MacBooks in this one by far was the slowest!, It kept freezing, it kept shutting off by itself, then I found out it wasn’t even the newer model and this is the man with the head been recalled by Apple I wouldn’t buy or recommend this model MacBook Air.
