can't swap any parts out and if you want better processing power or more memory or storage it will cost you an arm, leg and your first and second born child.

This product is overrated and overpriced. More so, cursor stopped working properly after 3 days of using the laptop. An arrow desapears from time to time and everything freezes for no reason. It seams that this is a common problem for MacBook Air (you can youtube it) that has no solution. I would not recommend to purchase this laptop neither for work not for fun.

Literally the camera is horrible if you wanna. Good keep the only model for a camera instead it’s wayyy too grainy and looks like an iPhone 4 camera but everything else is perfect

I bought this laptop 4 years ago almost, as I bought it for college. It still works amazing, I did have to keep an eye on how many files I downloaded as it can fill up without you realizing, and this will make the laptop extremely slow. Overall, this laptop has made it through thousands of hours of class notes, watching virtual lectures, homework, streaming movies and shows, online shopping, and so much more. I would highly recommend this laptop for school purposes. I did download minecraft on this, and honestly this laptop will crash if you play for more than 15-20 minutes if you even make it that far. Amazing for school, and personal use as long as you dont play video games. Also it was super nice that it connects to your phone so all of your information is accessable. I love it!

We expected an easier transition coming from Windows 10. That didn't happen. The machine is slow, software sucks. Only positive point is it has Apple apps like messenger.

LOVE the MacBook Air but HATE that Best Buy doesn’t give rewards points for Apple purchases. If I had know loophole, would have bought the MacBooks directly from Apple.

My last Mac is a 10+ year old iMac that i bought used. This new Macbook Air is much more intuitive and much faster. Lots of fun too!

The color on this Apple tablet is orange and it really makes the tablet looks cheap was expecting more from this tablet for the amount of money that was paid

I bought this computer just to save some money and I bought it certified pre owned excellent. Not even two months and it’s starting to malfunction! Best Buy I am absolutely disappointed. If a good is damaged beyond repair why are you selling it above it’s value and being unethical? It’s unfair because now I have to spend more money to have it fixed.

I bought this new on Nov 2nd 2019. Less than 6 months later it just stopped working. Was never dropped or mistreated. Very disappointing.

I ordered mine and it came in with a few scratches and a faulty battery

I’ve been 5 years so far and I can’t complain about anything. Great battery life, excellent speed for office / school tasks. Great money investment !

I can’t even setup my MacBook Air the screen frozen . It’s really a bad start I’ve tried to see if I can setup it but it’s not working

This laptop has been defective within two months of purchase Apple products are usually flawless. We have owned five laptops before this one This laptop seems to have problems with the motherboard and hardware. Opened may mean defective, returned and who knows what geek certified means but a $1,000 investment is crap

I wish I would’ve figured out sooner that this laptop will start to run it’s fans heavily upon opening up any program. Even google chrome will get it to start running hot. If you are a user of any type of program get the PRO instead. Worth the extra couple hundred. I’ve had it only a month, shame I can’t return it.

Got this last week, created apple Id, tried signing in & it wouldn't accept my password. Changed the password & tried signing in & it said my account was locked. Called Apple & they couldn't figure out why & said they would have to wipe everything off. I had Best Buy transfer data from my old computer. Can't even get signed in. This was my 1st & last Apple purchase. Will be returning & getting a Windows PC.

Gets hot too fast, very low storage, and basically only good for emails.
